Very helpful n good customer services
Both of the sales persons were very helpful, they knew the products that I saw in the website, the sale was smooth n quick. We bought what we want in few mins.
Note, the delivery cost is a bit expensive, so we will pick them up when they r ready

Incorrect ship-to address and re-routing was a bit a nightmare. All in all, product got to site on time, so things worked out.
Top Quality
I am thrilled with this beautiful table! My one complaint is that 3 bolts and washers were sent for a table that requires 4! 4 holes drilled into pedestal to attach table top to the base require 4 bolts, a simple concept. Will call customer service and see if I can get results. Still am pleased with purchase!

Excellent customer service
We have placed two orders with Rove in the last few weeks and found the customer service team incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
When we decided to exchange a table for a larger one, the switch was arranged quickly and we were able to swap the items at the local warehouse.
We are very happy with the quality ond design of all dining and living room furniture from the Kure collection that we purchased.

A Lovely Experience
We're very happy with our experience with Rove - the communication and thoughtfulness of their support team has been stellar as we've corresponded regarding order updates/modifications.
Stools came with flimsy plastic stops on bottom of legs.
One stool had two plastic tips on legs that were defective. Instead of a discount or offer to replace the stool, I was mailed the part that I am expected to install myself. Seriously! Oh, and the stools are made in China.

Nice chairs
I bought some basic plastic chairs on a black friday deal. Excellent value, not sure how they can be so cheap. Not quite as solid as I would have expected but overall no complaints. The warehouse pickup is a great option for vancouver buyers! Note the warehouse is in Richmond not Delta. Also beware the order lead time was about 4 weeks, not immediate.

Tulip Table Disappointment
No problems with Rove service.. But disappointed with the 40" Tulip table. The top and base of the table are seriously mismatched. The top is a very matte finish and creamy white. The base is a super high gloss, chalk white. It almost looks as if each belongs to a different table set.
The promo and gallery photos of the Tulip tables, in actual settings, have reflections in the tops and the tops and base colors are the same white.

Unsurpassed customer service
Some of the chairs we ordered had problems. Rove accepted my photos of the issues and resent me 2 new chairs without issue. I was very pleasantly surprised by this service. I work in design and custom furniture....was not expecting this positive response from an online store. Will use again and not hesitate to recommend.
Delivery promises not met
Hello
Your delivery was a week longer than I was told and it was hard to get info on line or with the phone service. And although the delivery guys were very nice, they left a trail of mess in the hallway that I had to vacuum (from styro foam and pallet chips) for $350 white glove service I should not of had to deal with this. Keep the guys but give them a dyson or something.

I love my new chairs. They are just as pictured. Great construction, comfortable and stylish. Delivered on time and not damaged.
Great Decision
A little skeptical due to distance from shipping point to South Carolina. Shipment arrived in a timely manner and no damage to pieces. Care was taken to ensure there was no damage to table. I have an original side table but the coffee table from Rove Concepts was almost identical. Many compliments from the neighbors and friends! Will be purchasing from Rove Concepts again. Great to work with.
