Beautiful product, quick service.
I ordered a marble tulip table and two American walnut wishbone chairs and was able to pick them up within about a week. Although I'm happy with my purchase, my only suggestion is that customers who opt for pick up on this type of item (marble) would be permitted to look at the stock available prior to purchase, as the veining has a significant impact on the overall look of each tabletop.

A Former Interior Designer Buying Online
Samples have taken far too long to receive in the mail. I find the lead time a bit frustrating on goods, coming from a stock line. 8 weeks seems long for non-custom stuff.
Nice design, poor customer service experience
The design is really nice and I am happy with the product.. but thats all I'm happy about. I contacted customer service about delivery since they charge a considerable amount for it and they weren't helpful. I gave them user experience feedback and they didn't care. They are not competitive in pricing compare to other furniture stores. Unless you are really inlove with the design of a product, don't buy from here, you can find something better with better service for sure!

Love the table, process had some bumps
We ordered the tulip table in marble with matching chairs. The chairs were a custom order so our estimated time was, I believe, 14 weeks from order. We were scheduled after 10 weeks but the marble top was broken as it was slated for delivery. I think our table and chairs are outstanding and I am going to give Rove an A+ for being on top of the broken table top, they had a new on en route the same day. Where things didn't go so well: I paid $448 for white glove delivery because the table top was 200 pounds. When it arrived they sent one guy who was having such a hard time - he didn't have the tools to attach it to the base (so I was rifling through my garage to try and find something that would work) and because he was alone, I had to help him with the assembly and lifting the table. That didn't seem very white glove to me. My other issue was, once the top was broken (right at Thanksgiving), Rove had a big black Friday sale which would have saved us about $200 off of what we paid. I asked, as a courtesy because of the problems we had, if they would extend us that same pricing, which went ignored by the customer service rep who helped with the re-delivery. So, a mixed bag but ultimately we are happy with the product.
Lead time
I am excited about my sectional purchase but very disappointed that last Friday the lesdtime was not 14-20 weeks and I was promised a shorter lead time last Friday if I ordered this week. I was told flat out 14-20 weeks today no exceptions to my lengthy call last week which there was record I called. I ordered the couch with hope they will expedite my promise from

First time buying furniture online – relieved everything was perfect
Took a leap of faith a few weeks ago when we ordered a table and 2 chairs from Rove Concepts. I was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived as promised and as pictured. If you are confident of the model you want, do it!
Good Service
We picked up our order from the warehouse so there was no shipping charges, which I liked very much. It's great to have a company running out of Vancouver BC. Also visited their showroom, which only had a smaller selection of what they have online, but it was enough to see it was of decent quality. The warehouse people were great; got my order ready very quickly. Furniture was exactly as pictured. One of the chairs was a slightly different shade of colour, but this is predictable when you are ordering online.
Good Product, Expensive Shipping
Rove has a great selection of products. We took advantage of one of their many sale items. Still, I couldn't help but feel a little ripped off when paying $100 for shipping even though it arrived via standard delivery. You think you're getting a deal, but end up paying around market value because of the large shipping fees.
Great service
I debated whether to get these chairs or another replica brand that was a bit cheaper. After checking dimensions and reviews, decided these would be better as the seat height is a bit taller and the reviews were all positive. I bought 6 of the white/natural cord wishbone chairs and I'm very happy with my purchase. They arrived quickly, are beautiful and super comfortable! I had minor issues with a couple of them, but contacted the company and they immediately sent replacements. Will definitely buy from Rove Concepts again. Great service!
