I know I am buying a great piece of furniture and look forward to receiving it at my door. The sales staff were always helpful and friendly. The swatch ordering process was a pain. I had limited time to order my chair to remain in the sale window and the swatches I wanted were not available. Otherwise a very good experience.

During the early Black Friday sale. Item took a bit longer to arrive in Canada for pickup than anticipated, but nothing crazy. Discount code worked correctly, where many other retailers codes don't. Bit of a hassle trying to contact the warehouse for pickup, as their phone system just disconnects when you try to dial a local number, but when I stopped in unannounced, buddy was able to locate and load my order in like 2 mins. Item is exactly as pictured and works perfectly in our dining room. Quality of finish is much better than many competitors, and the packaging is very solid. All in all, good experience and I will likely buy again.

I'm very happy with the Saarinen reproduction tulip table and chairs/armchairs I received. I like the velcro attachment between the cushions and chair body to stop the cushions from sliding, the same would be useful on the armchairs. One bolt and washer was missing in the table hardware. I emailed Rove customer service and got a quick response saying two bolts and washers are being shipped. As other customers have mentioned the assembly is pretty straightforward, however assembly is required, and instructions are not included - attached to the inside of the box or anywhere else for that matter. The chairs could be damaged if they weren't assembled correctly with the washer plate between the bolt heads and the plastic body of the chair. Rove - please improve this small oversight.

We loved the product from the moment we saw it. The Scandinavian piece worked effortlessly with our minimalist style. The stand came assembled with the exception of the legs. There were a few large chips in the inside of the drawers which was unfortunate. We love the slow closing drawers, but wish they were a bit deeper. Overall, the Nilsson is a great stylistic choice, but a bit steep (pricing) for a fiberboard TV stand.

Got the oval tulip table in white lacquer. Really thought about getting one of the marble top versions, but after a great chat with one of the very helpful customer service people decided that the lacquer was the way to go for my lifestyle - a little more forgiving with kids. Couldn't be happier with the decision and the product. The delivery packaging was impressive. No way could anything be damaged and so easy to put together. Quality is great, so sturdy and easy to clean. Can't wait to order my new chairs to go with!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product or the company. Everything was as stated on the website, was well-priced, arrived quickly, and was packaged to the hilt. Assembly was quick and easy; although chairs came with no instructions on which direction to assemble. Easy enough to figure out though. Walnut wood was significantly lighter in color than expected or pictured, but not disappointed.
