A pleasure to work with
2 Weeks ago I ordered the "Womb chair" in stock. 10 Days later it has been delivered. The service was perfect, I was notified when the delivery should happen. They were perfectly on time.
The packaging was done very correctly. No damages what so ever. Truly happy with the purchase and the service. Will recommend company to friends and certainly will consider for other items!

I love Rove Concepts inventory of modern furniture! Even more so since many items can be customized in different upholstery and wood stains. I had an issue with a lamp shade getting crumpled during delivery and customer service was wonderful to work with to have the shade replaced. The second one arrived a few days later with no damage. I am a repeat customer because of the great selection, beautiful designs and customer service.
Mixed review
While shopping for a replica womb chair on Rove concepts, I came across reviewers on other sites who said their reviews had been removed from Rove because they weren't positive. One of these reviewers posted clear pictures of the womb chair from Rove showing severe fading after only a year. Unfortunately, it was in the fabric color I had originally wanted to buy.
The reviewer explained that Rove had not considered fading part of the warranty (even though it looked severe enough to be considered defective) and that customer service kept removing the reviews from the product page. I can't know for sure if that is true, but I had a previous quality issue with a table I ordered from Rove, so it makes me a little nervous to order from them again.
On the other hand, whenever I've called the Rove customer service line with questions, they've gone above and beyond to help, including taking photos of a display model in the store to better show its color. When I shared photos of the defective table top I received, Rove issued a store credit. (The table top had since been discontinued, and I didn't want to pay to ship a replacement in another color). I found that to be a fair resolution under the circumstances.
The return and replacement policies aren't very customer friendly (basically you're out hundreds of dollars or more for shipping either way, even if getting a replacement in many cases). But I do understand that Rove is a small company and can't afford to have the same policies as a big company like AllModern or Amazon. Shipping furniture is expensive, and it makes sense that the cost can't be recouped.
My advice: Order fabric samples before buying, make absolutely sure it's what you want, document any defects, and consider carefully if you can afford to ship the item back or pay shipping costs for a replacement.
I ended up ordering the chair in a more neutral color that I hope is less likely to fade. Fingers crossed!
Flexibility Needed for Large Furniture Orders
We are interested in a particular dining chair offered on the website. We needed 12 of them, a $3,300 order. The issue is that people can't really buy a full set of dining room chairs without having had the opportunity to physically sit in a chair and see how it feels in their particular home/setting etc. So when buying furniture online, there needs to be a workable solution for permitting customers to buy an item, have it delivered and try it out before being irrevocably committed to owning a full set. So this chair, for example, costs $275 per chair. If we order one, a shipping charge of $149 is added. If we don't like it, we can return it for a full refund of the $275, but will end up having paid over $200 in shipping charges. So pretty expensive way to try out a chair. We called customer service to discuss options but they were not willing to be flexible or creative. For example, we were willing to pay for the full 12 chairs now at today's sale pricing, but asked if they could ship out just one for us to try and confirm before shipping the rest -- they said no, would have to be two separate orders. And if the order for the remaining chairs was canceled prior to shipment, they would assess a 6% fee. Alternatively, we asked if we could order just one now and the others once we had tried and confirmed, but they said they would not lock in the sale pricing for the remaining chairs. So essentially, their only "solution" was for us to purchase 12 chairs today for $3,300, pay $400 in shipping and then return them for a full refund of the $3,300 if we did not like -- costing us $800 in shipping charges with nothing to show for it. They would make no accommodation of any kind on either shipping or return shipping. So we asked whether there was a physical chair somewhere in the NY-NJ-CT tri-state area that at least we could go physically see before ordering, but they said no, they were online only. So pretty much there is no way for us to buy a set of dining chairs from them without risking hundreds of dollars in non-refundable shipping charges. Don't see how we can take that risk. There should be a better way.
Love this bed!
This bed was everything I'd hoped for, and more solidly constructed than I could have imagined. They weren't kidding when they said solid walnut. It's very heavy (you'll need help moving the boxes!) and feel like it wall last forever. Beautiful bed, I couldn't be happier.

If you're looking for modern pieces that are made well shop here. We ordered some bar stools and we're very happy with them. They look great and are made really well. We couldn't be happier with these and would recommend Rove Concepts to friends.
Amazing customer service experience and gorgeous chairs
Rove's customer service is simply the best I've had from any online sales. They were quick to answer the questions I had with detailed information, were genuinely interested in my concerns and the requested fabric samples came immediately. my only concern, is that living far from Vancouver, with high shipping costs, if sofa arrives damaged, that the return policy may be onerous, and unfair. I am hoping that the shipper delivers it in perfect condition
Beaitiful Tulip
I have no complaint whatsoever about the tulip side table I ordered. The marble is extremely nice, and the proportions and aesthetics are flawless to my (unprofessional) eye. Style and quality at a great price! Will order again.
Very bad experience with the "white gloves" delivery company
I ordered the Tulip Table - Carrara 48' table. The table arrived at their 3rd party 'white gloves' service on Oct 27th and instead of contacting me within 2-4 business days, as stated in their mail, I wasn't contacted until Nov 13th and this is only after I had contacted rove concept CS to check what going on with my order because the white gloves service didn't even have any record of my order.
The table is beautiful but I'm very disappointed as far as the shipping is concerned. I think rove concepts should hold some responsibility for their 3rd party shipping company.

This is my first time to order. I had problems - my fault not Rove's - with my orders. Alyx sorted it all out via chat and sent me corrected order confirmations within an hour!
48 inch Tulip Table
I purchased the 48 inch tulip table and it is perfect dining table for 4 people. I found Rove Concepts shipping to be expensive so I rented a truck and picked it up myself. The table and base are packaged really well. The table top is in a crate and it is very heavy because it is made of fiberglass, which I love, but I did't realize how heavy it was. So fair warning if your going to pick it up yourself. The employees are very polite at the warehouse and online. I will buy from Rove Concepts again but I might consider shipping next time.

The pieces I ordered were very faithful reproductions. The marble veining on the tulip tables are gorgeous and would have no hesitations about recommending pieces from that collection. Lead time for custom upholstered items took a little longer than expected but were gorgeous nevertheless and worth the wait. Heft of the frame/structure and attention to detail are A+
