Generally good customer service if you manage to get someone on the phone. For God sake can you start picking up customers calls instead of hearing music and than automatically disconnecting the calls. I have purchased bunch of things from you but if your call response remains as bad as currently I may decide to cancel everything

We love the Mika outdoor set and were aware, from reading reviews, that it would take a couple of months to deliver so no issue there. The set is better than we expected. The fabric repels the worst liquids, coffee, and red wine. Dirt vacuums away easily and warm water and cloth are all you need. We bought it as indoor & outdoor furniture for our small home with a big deck. I can easily push the furniture outside because it's so light and easy to handle yet firm and sturdy for my husband's sensitive back. The low profile allows it to be both unobtrusive to our spectacular mountain and lake view yet stylish enough to be a focal point. We are exceptionally impressed.

Roveconcept's concierge service was excellent. I recently made a purchase with them and after remeasuring the area, realized that the Hugo Sectional would not fit. Whilst the user-interface for the products is good and intuitive, populating the payment interface is very challenging with the data continually greying out. I almost gave up trying to populate the payment information and shift to one of your competitors. Suggest you fix this quickly. Thanks.

Once I got someone on the phone, the sales persons were Very helpful. But to get them on the phone was another story. I can’t say anything else because I didn’t receive my order yet. Hopefully it’s not delayed !
