Fast and helpful sales service
I ordered swatches and they came in 2 days. Changed my mind and ordered some more. Came in 2 days. Chatted with customer service to ask questions and all the information I needed to place an order. So far, so good!

I had made an order and than it got…
I had made an order and than it got cancelled due to me using my wife's email. I wasn't notified they cancelled it til 5 days later. After that I had to reorder it and I was double charged on my credit card. I'm aware that it will be refunded but have to wait til whenever it does get issued back. It's a substantial amount. I called and messaged live chat and was told it would be refunded but couldn't tell me when my cc will be replenished. Other than that I thought the people tried their best and we're very polite. Although nothing was resolved or nobody had any accountability for my inconvenience

I’m very excited to receive my Antonio modular sectional. I found all the informational necessary to make the decision to move forward with this purchase, including detailed dimensions, and a variety of pictures to show different configurations. I was looking for a minimalist sofa and I’m excited to have found one that will meet the needs of both my husband, with both high and low profile back modules.

Inadequate Training for Chat People
I purchased six Aubrey side chairs, which I am really looking forward to having. However, while I was choosing fabric and type of wood for the legs, I opened a chat and asked for a picture of the chair in Trento Taupe with natural wood legs. After checking, the chat person told me that they did not have a picture with that configuration available. Later, I found that if I used the "View in My Room" on the website, I could easily make that configuration. This is information that I would have expected the chat person to give me.

Exceptional Customer Service
Rove Concepts’ concierge service is very efficient and helpful. I was unsure about how various pieces of furniture would work together and the choice of fabric and colours. The concierge was most patient and understood the style I was trying to create and offered professional advice. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase but a genuine interest in selecting the items to fit my taste and space. I have been very pleased by my purchases. Thank you so much!!

Quite excited for the furniture ordered. Great options on the website. Website was a bit troublesome, very often had to reload the page to get it to function correctly. Chat box was also too persistent (popped up seven times between entering the site and getting to the product and shopping cart).

Melissa was so helpful to me over the…
Melissa was so helpful to me over the phone, followed up immediately with info needed and made my shopping experience a pleasure. The next day Shinaid rang me and we completed the order for the Womb chair and ottoman. She was super helpful as well and both Melissa and Shinaid had a lovely, patient and polite demeanor over the phone.
That was not my experience with your Los Angeles showroom however.
When the person from your L.A. showroom rang to confirm my appointment to choose a sofa, she was impatient, talking to someone else at the same time, had to ring off before we had finished scheduling the appointment, said she’d ring me back-didn’t.
I hope you are really proud of your group in Vancouver! Perhaps they could give your L.A. team a few suggestions?
I am excited to see your showroom in L.A. and hope to find the right sofa/chaise/sectional there.
