Hi. I live near Montreal, Canada. I was looking this weekend for an outdoor sectional lounge with a table integrated. I don't know how but I found a picture of your Dresden outdoor. I chatted with a rep or yours and she mentioned that you only had one show room in LA. I asked how to order and was politely explained how. While completing my order, I had a question and asked Nigel (I think that was his name) if someone could call me to help finalize the order. Within 15 minutes someone called me and gave me the explanation I needed. Now I hope the shipping process goes as well as the ordering. Thank you very much. I love the selection of modern beds and the transparency from the outset of how long it will take to receive the product. I found it difficult to get a feel for the colours of the bed frame from the pictures. Maybe having some more real life photo examples of the products would be helpful is deciding on furniture online!

Beautiful designs. My experience with customer service was great. I had bought two memberships by accident and they fixed it right away which was great. One note, the website seemed quite buggy, especially when trying to complete my cart purchase. I had to refresh multiple times because it would get stuck on a loading screen. I was using Mozila Firefox.

So far a good experience via chat and phone. Will let you know when product received. Definitely scary to take the leap to buy a sofa I’ve never even sat in. I have a hypersensitivity disease and react to lots of things. I wish the return would be free if it didn’t work out and I had to return the sofa. That would be very expensive to ship back as an individual and not a corporation.

Beautiful Counter Stools!
This is my first experience ordering from Rove Concepts, and I must say I was hesitant in ordering the Aubrey Counter Stool based on the online information and not having first-hand experience in sitting in the counter stool. However, based on their customer service, and the reviews of this counter stool, I decided to place an order. Working with Rove's customer service has been wonderful. I called and ordered swatches of 'leather' and wood, and their response was prompt in sending out the samples. When I decided to upgrade to a different 'leather', their customer service was extremely helpful and the change was so easy. I received five Aubrey stool (Trenton Taupe and Walnut) and was so surprised when the stools arrived so quickly, and they were true to color from the samples. They were packaged well and nothing was damaged. These stools are BEAUTIFUL! Sleek and stylish! I love the low back. One of the best-looking counter stools I've seen, and I have been looking for months. The counter stool is a bit narrow in the seat, and could be challenging for a very tall person, but for us, they are perfect!!
