Price did not reflect sale price in cart. Had to refresh and go in/out of cart several times before accurate price was shown. Otherwise site easy to navigate.

:Placement of order online was very straightforward and easy to do. 2: phone customer service to confirm a few items and they were very helpful. However it’s very difficult to reach customer service and you have to wait to have them return your call. This can get frustrating when you have an issue at hand. 3: they were unable to assist me in my complaint regarding the delivery of my previous order. 4: In general shipping charges are quite excessive. 5: looking to see how many experiences with customer pick up from the warehouse. 6. Given I have placed a second order I’m satisfied with the service and product at this company.

Nice hood quality product and design. Got the price we pay, I think we wouldnt be wrong to expect this. The wood and gloss go very well together. The only complaint I had was that corner of the wooden part was slightly less finished with the tiniest of nicks on one edge. The other thing I noticed and would have liked is, for the overall height to be much taller. The way it is today, seems to be well below the standard height of plug points leaving them all exposed.

We’ve been checking out rove concept website for a while. We love the design and modern look. The photos for items as well as stock options are very straight forward. The ordering process was very easy and now we are excited to receive our piece.

The online interface can my more user friendly. Especially when using the Live Chat on iPhone. It cannot do copy and paste, and I cannot read my texts while typing. This is my 2nd purchase from Rove Concept. I applied both my voucher and credits. The credits is applied, but not shown on the order confirmation. This brings a confusion.

Purchasing the outdoor sectional was a very good experience, since the web page until having the product in our house. They were very professional and kind when I needed to talk with them for any questions that I had. The product is so pretty as the webpage.

I was happy that you had Klarna available on your website as well. I dont own credit cards and its very helpful to be able to break up payments. I like the membership but wish you still offered discounts/promotions even if you dont enroll in the membership.
