I have ordered many items on the Rove Concept website and found it very user friendly, and easy to ask questions directly on the web chat that is provided. Every order I’ve received, quality of products and customer service have been excellent.

I recently needed to order a replacement cushion for my Evelyn right arm chaise. I emailed the Concierge. She provided a solution with a very reasonable price, and coordinated shipping of the replacement part with a new piece I was ordering, reducing my shipping costs. When I gave her the greenlight, she wrote up an invoice and placed it in my account, permitting me to complete the order securely online. Easy. Only drawback was delay in Concierge response between my communications, which was about 48 hours. That appears to standard these day due to heavy customer demand for Rove products.

No one ever answers their phone which is so so so frustrating and they are very slow to respond to emails, but they did call me back and answer my question which I am grateful for.

We think your products look wonderful. But, communicating any questions or problems with Rove Concepts personnel was extremely difficult. We couldn’t get through using the phone number. Every time a recording came on saying there was high call volume and we had no ability to leave a message by phone. We were advised to interact by chat online, but had difficulties getting a person to interact with us. This was and still is very frustrating for us and will make us question whether we will order from you again. Rove Concepts really needs to address these communication problems.

Having 2 options for customer service (via chat & phone) made the shopping experience easy. They were quick and thorough in answering all of my questions. I also appreciate having a comment box to outline details/instructions of my delivery!

Rove has always been easy to navigate on the website. While shopping and unsure about certain product, I was able to speak to concierge right away and they were able to answer timely. My last few purchases have been amazing and within the approximate estimation on arrival without any delays. My family and I are very happy with all the products and will continue to shop with Rove.

I ordered a sideboard from Rove Concepts and it was definitely a smooth transaction. We’ve been looking for a sideboard to complete our living room Reno for 3 month now. This sideboard ticked all the boxes. Fortunately the sideboard went on sale and was in stock! I’m able to pick it up within a week! That’s great considering most of the living room furniture has taken 3 plus months. We received a confirmation email shortly thereafter and another email to make an appointment to pick it up at the warehouse, as we live in Vancouver. Thank you Rove Concepts!

Rove has been exceptional to work with! It started when I was connected to a Rove host via video call.She showed me the porter sectional and wishbone chairs and answered all my questions. The next day I added the coach, wishbone chairs and coffee table to my cart. I had a question before hitting "purchase", I called the 800 number and the sales rep answered my questions promptly. I will be buying more furniture in the near future! Wonderful experience
