Website is easy to use, but wish I could use my vouchers for anything on the site. Some are small amounts so would be great to be able to use them for decor items or to be able to combine a few smaller vouchers. I like that customer pick up is scheduled in advance too!

I have been looking for the right chairs for over a year now. Living in the Midwest, our access to quality, modern furniture is very limited. Our modern design preferences have just not made it to our area yet. I was intrigued when I happened upon Rove a couple of years ago. Therefore, I’m frequently checking Rove’s site for any new products and was thrilled when I saw these new dining chairs. They are exactly what I’ve been looking for and cannot wait to receive them. We have a couple of other Rove products and we are thoroughly impressed with the designs, quality of shipping, and solid craftsmanship. Rove is by far our go-to site for furniture. I’m over the moon excited!

Love your products but your site is tough to navigate on an iPhone. No back button and takes forever to load from one page to the next.

Great looking, well built, high quality furniture backed by great customer service.

Ordered a set of Aubrey side chairs. They took a long time to be delivered as they were on backorder, but this was expected based on what I was told when I ordered. They ended up being delivered within the expected time window. The delivery company they used could have used some improvement (they delivered 2 of the 3 boxes upside down, when the boxes had arrows pointing the way they should have been delivered, because of the way they were boxed/protected within the boxes; one of the boxes had a large puncture hole; and the delivery people signed for the delivery on our behalf without our knowledge). The chairs themselves are lovely - very comfy and quite beautiful. However, each of the chairs had some cosmetic flaws on them (every single chair had one or two black marks or scratches on them). They are minor, but noticeable; enough to be annoying/potentially an eyesore. Because of this, I submitted a claim. Initially I was offered a VERY minor amount (given the size of the purchase) as compensation, which I wasn't happy about, but I explained the situation further and we quickly reach a resolution I was content with. For me, the claims process was not nearly as painful as some of the reviews on here led me to believe. Maybe I just got lucky. The other reason I'd dock a star is that the shipping costs are REALLY freaking high compared to everywhere else, for what it was. $300 for 3 large boxes that could definitely have been sent via courier is a bit ridiculous. I would definitely give Rove another shot with a future purchase if there's anything I like, but I would also make sure to be super attentive when I receive my order.

This is my second Rove Concepts bed and I cant wait to receive it. We have a very modern house and I have not found another company anywhere with "magazine level" furniture to fill it with!

Super easy to use website. I initially called with questions, left a message and got a return call right away. We are super excited to get our chairs for our front porch. The price seems very reasonable for the quality we are getting.
