Your online experience is always pretty great. The only thing I have run into is sometimes I look at an item and it tells me it is out of stock, and then if I refresh the page it says it is available. Then again if I refresher it will say it’s out of stock again. There’s something strange going on, could be cookies or cashe but thankfully I was able to order the piece that I wanted

Rove Concepts has high quality furniture. But we cannot give 5 stars, as we ordered furniture that took 4 months longer to receive than the date told to us when purchased (with 4 delays!). That said, customer service was great about navigating it with us. Lastly, one of the pieces of furniture was less functional than advertised... which was disappointing. Would order from Rove Concepts again, but make sure you know what you're buying (look at dimensions), and understand that the shipping date on website means nothing...

While the membership pricing/saving is slightly unclear, Rove’s site is beautiful and easy to navigate. Info on shipping, etc is clear and purchase was smooth.

I am very happy with the table itself and the customer service I received. My complaint lies in the fact that we got the table home and realized we should have ordered the 79" instead of the 67". We ended up ordering the table in the 79" but will not lose our reward dollars. I think it's a bit ridiculous that Rove does not offer exchanges or at least let you keep your rewards if you return an item. I don't know any other company where the rewards become void with a return. It's very upsetting when it's several hundred dollars and I'm ordering the same item but spending more money with them to get the larger size. I am also not requiring shipping for the return or new item.

Had a good purchasing experience at Rove Concepts. We recently moved into a new house and have several rooms to furnish. I joined the Members program to benefit from the 20% off, and it's well worth it for the $100 fee. Ordered swatches to check out color and quality first, and they came promptly and well-packaged. Made a decision and pulled the trigger. The selection and checkout process was pretty simple although I wish two things were different: 1. It would be great if customers could see their exact configuration mocked up before clicking "buy" on a custom piece of furniture like this. Makes me SO nervous to just have to go off of text to confirm that I have all the right things selected. 2. I placed an order on a desk and chair first. Then, the next day, I decided to buy the sofa. I wish I could have applied my member credit/20% off voucher immediately toward the sofa instead of waiting the 30 days AFTER delivery (which won't happen for another 2 months!) since we have so much to buy at once. RC should consider changing this, and would probably get more whole-home or multi-room buyers if they do.
