I haven’t received my furniture yet but my experience thus far has been positive. The website is very easy to navigate and each item has details and descriptions that are helpful when shopping.

Incredible! I love rove products!

This is a review of just the ordering process and not in the quality of items in my order as they have not been received yet. I did all my ordering online without assistance of the customer service support. The actual ordering was easy as online shopping should be. I read the reviews of items and found what I was looking for with ease. The website is very slow and takes a long time to load pictures especially when you are trying to flip between 2 items for comparison. The website also twice sent me to an error page where I was instructed to wait for a minute then click refresh. A little bit annoying and added to the time but it all worked in the end and I managed to successfully order what I was looking for. I will leave a review on quality and delivery once things are in my possession.

Impressed with my experiences with Rove. Sectional delivery was smooth. The delivery people were polite and professional. When they discovered that the legs that had been sent along were the wrong colour they submitted a ticket for us and within a few days came back and installed the legs. I returned to buy some throw pillows and had some issues checking out. The concierge was on it in a flash. And even though I got pulled away and couldn't keep chatting, they came through for me. The couch itself? It's better than I could have hoped. It's firm and comfortable. The only issue is my partner keeps taking the chaise lounge section :) Can't wait to add the throw pillows on it!

It was a little difficult getting in touch with a sales associate at the start. Once I did, everything went very smoothly.

I had a problem with a broken leg from my couch. They immediately sent a replacement. Good responce.

Good selection of furniture. I would give 4 or 5 star if the web site better (kind slow) and also the warehouse delivery info on website mismatch the actual receipt (couple of weeks over).
