I liked the layout of the website and it was easy to navigate through. The problem just seemed to be a server issue that I had constant delays to load a webpage on the website. While looking through the catalog for couches I think you can make it easier on the customer if you include the dimensions on the outside of the item, sort of like a quick view so I dont have to enter back and forth to each item to look at measurements over and over.

I contacted customer service as I forgot to increase the quantity to 2 for one of my items during check out. The customer representative helped me revise my order and was able to keep the item in the same order/shipment.

I have recently placed an order and benefited from the member price. I also contacted concierge team to update delivery information and received reply within 48 hours. So far, I'm sastified with my shopping experience.

The website is incredibly slow and makes me not want to shop there again.

Very good experience! With just a minor hiccup. Pros -The sale was great, as is the cost of membership and the offer for a voucher. -The product videos and look book are immensely helpful when purchasing sight unseen Room for improvement -The website is very slow making navigation at times painful -CB2 and other vendors offer augmented VR where you can view the furniture item in your home, that would be an amazing addition given your showroom is in CA. Otherwise an NYC showroom would also be great.

We purchased an outdoor table that arrived with all the legs either bent or twisted. Frustrating experience but Rove sent a replacement without any hassle. Shipping and customer support is slow but they stand by their products. Item is very high quality and well designed and worth the price.

Ordering was quite easy. I will update my review when my order is received and I am able to assemble the chairs. I’m hoping they are comfortable. I love the look of the Angelo chair so I’m hoping the style and comfort are on par.

Products and prices are appealing. But the site sometimes makes it difficult to find what you want. And some links were broken. Products haven't yet been delivered due to backorders, so we'll see about quality when they arrive.

So far great. We will see when the chairs come.
