Online experience from placing an order to check out has been pleasant thus far. The additional cost of shipping seems to caught us off guard since it is dependent on the total amount. The amount was calculated based on amount before members discount. Other than that, we are very excited for the chairs to arrive.

Very good products, nice design and high quality. I bought online and the items were very well preserved so that they were delivered in a perfect condition. Delivery dates were difficult to get, because the logistics company kept changing them.
Nice designs require patience
2-4 of the 8 chairs ordered had quality issues which was disappointing after the long lead time. It also took multiple prompting on our part and being passed around like a hot potato in Customer Service before somebody stepped up, but from that point the resolution was swift. We’re now happy we can enjoy our full set of dining chairs.

Great Website store if your a lover of modern design. Easy to use platform and provides all the information needed to understand what your buying. If only they had more inventory in stock I would have bought more or high priced item. I had to select my second choice.

Although I trust my items will be beautiful when they arrive the online shopping experience and information provided about delivery was not accurate and it took a long time for a customer care rep to contact me to let me know things had changed.
