Nothing special
I did not find much that was above and beyond about this experience. I bought something during a deal that promised an $800 voucher and still haven’t received it. The selection is pretty narrow so I’m haven’t trouble picking out what to use it on. Shipping was very expensive in comparison to other stores I’ve purchased from. Lastly, I cannot go back and easily view a picture of the product I purchased.
Giving it three stars because nothing went wrong, but for a store with prices as high as they are, the customer experience does not compensate.

The furniture was amazing. Pricing is phenomenal. Love it all. Only areas of improvement was the enthusiasm of the delivery guys when we said we had white glove service. We told them not to worry about it and did it ourselves.

Easy ordering…
My review concerns only the online ordering process, as I have not been informed my items are ready for pickup. I found the website easy to navigate and fully informative about the items I researched. Selecting options and checking out were easy. I am pleased that there is a local (LA) pickup option. I’m not certain the website indicated the pickup address, which isn’t the studio/store location. It would be helpful to know that in advance of placing the order. I look forward to obtaining the pair of Tulip side chairs I ordered.

Beautiful site, and easy to use
The Rove Concepts site is very easy to navigate, and very well presented. Selecting colour options, looking at different products, and reading clearly layed out reviews was a very nice online experience. The only technical issue that I encountered on several occasions was that extra items were added to my cart without me actually doing it. I would review my cart, and notice that two of the same items were added. This wasn't a big deal, I just had to then remove one. I'm pretty sure I did not add the duplicate item to my cart on my own.

Was looking to buy counter stools for a long time and came across the Angelo model from Rove. It was perfect! They had such a large selection of fabrics so we requested a swatch sample that came within a few days so we could finalize our decision.
Accent chairs
Just purchased my chairs from rove concepts. Website was easy to navigate. Haven’t received my products yet so can’t really comment on what the chairs look like in real life but I’m hoping they’re great!
The purchase process is quite easy, but there is room for improvement
The purchase process is quite easy and fast. My only two concerns are:
1) The delivery dates for items that are not in stock apparently change on a daily bases, so we don`t know if we can trust it.
2) When selecting the apply your store credit to your purchase, the final payment total still reflects the amount without the credit, so we are not sure if the credit was indeed applied or not.

Ordered 4 Norman Side Chairs - Natural Oak…
Ordered 4 Norman Side Chairs in natural oak. Shipping was quick and 3 of the 4 chairs were fine, with one having some damage to a leg. Put a claim into RoveConcepts and they shipped me out a brand new replacement that day. Chairs are very sturdy, great color and finish as well as being very comfortable, entire family loves them.
Late delivery
I have 2 orders, the first one I do not have any ideia when it will be shipped. The second one is, apparently, in process to be shipped, but it is taking longer than expected and no firm date has been communicated yet. I understand that Covid is a problem to all companies, but I suggest a real shipping expectation should be given to the buyers when closing the order in the website. In this way we would have the chance to better define if our needs match your delivery estimate date. This would avoid frustration at our end.
