Responsive Service - Membership seems Worth Getting
Have not received our furniture but we have been kept updated and the service has at least by Rove Concepts has been clear and responsive and expectations have been managed well so far. Looking forward to receiving the items we ordered and if they show up in good condition and look as good they do online, we will definitely order from them again!!
Just ordered Angelo dining chairs
Just ordered dining chairs, I believe it’s a pre order so won’t be shipping right away but hopefully they ship out soon and we cannot wait for them to arrive for our new home! Love the design and unique style and received color swatches quickly. Just hoping the chairs don’t take too long to ship out and in perfect condition (some reviewers said theirs arrived with dents/creases etc)

Winston media console
Can’t wait to receive this media console. The design is clean and unique and matches the aesthetic in our home perfectly. Website could use some updating as some products links don’t do anything when you click on them. Happened with my phone and computer but was able to search each product by name at the top to get the links to work and open the product detail. Overall only a minor issue.

Great product but delays
Great product. But the shipping was delayed with minimal communication or updates. Then my furniture arrived without all the pieces. Once again there was a delay for it to leave the warehouse. The concierge staff was very friendly.

From Apprehension to Ease
We were reluctant to purchase eight $300 dining room chairs online, sight unseen, but after talking with the informative staff, our confidence grew. We were sent samples of our requested fabric materials and colors, and were convinced the color solstice with black legs would be perfect for our newly painted greige colored walls and smoke colored hand blown glass pendants with black hardware. The chairs should be arriving any day now. We’ll submit a picture for your review as soon as the pendants are hung.
Thanks to your website, and friendly, encouraging online staff, we were at ease with this hefty expenditure.

Arya in Alesund
Happy with the look and comfort of the couch. The Arya does not come with a way to attach the pieces so on my vinyl floor the pieces slide so I will have to see how I can link them. The Alesund material is very pretty shade. It does attract hair/fuzz so needs to be vacuumed frequently. It would have been great if the Arya had a true corner piece. My shipment was a week or two late ... never was clear whether the shipper had it and missed it or it wasn't picked up from the warehouse.
