I have always loved Rove Concept products. My first purchase was for staging a home in Half Moon Bay for Developers, and the clients decided to keep it all. I have recently made a second purchase and had very responsive customer service when mistakenly made the same purchase twice.

Our sideboard arrived without handles and hardware, and the white glove service was not as expected. Customer care service is handling it, so we are overall pretty happy with the experience.

Amazing products but limited response on order delivery. The question is delivery? I have not heard anything about delivery and of course there is no one I can call. I did try to call twice and it hangs up on you. Could be 5 star but need to wait to see

I was looking for something modern but also with durability in mind, so I discovered Rove Concepts during my google search. The online help staff was responsive. The only thing that I wish was true is the stock availability of all fabric options, and more accurate pictures of products in all fabric options It was a good overall purchase experience. I am waiting for my order and excited about it.

Love our new chairs! Delivery time frame was a bit sketchy. Once they arrived 2 chairs were damaged. Rove was very quick to send out replacements with no hassle. Would defiantly recommend purchasing from Rove. High quality and very comfortable chairs

Your website is very easy to navigate. I ordered two counter stools thinking they were in stock because the web page said they were available. After ordering and paying with my Visa, I received a message that my order is a custom order and it will take 14-20 weeks. I am a bit disappointed. Thank you.

I found the ordering process really easy the color swatches came in super fast which I was pleased with. I wish the shipping was cheaper (my only complaint) it was $379 I don't think I will be willing to pay that again if I want something else. As well I loved the fact that the modular sofa's you can design your self. Something I also found helpful was a youtube video that showed the couch in real life, also looking at the tagged Instagram photos when shopping for a couch online to get a better idea of what it will look like.
