Great experience, easy to pick out which materials you want to use on which furniture pieces. Just wish there was a little more for members, like maybe an extra promo code during Black Friday.

Online shopping was easy, I'm not sure I like the idea of a membership though (feels like another forced sell). I haven't yet received the product, so am unable to review the bed at the moment.

Very nice on-line shopping experience. Website has nice look and easy to navigate. During checkout I mistakenly put the wrong street number for the billing and shipping address and didn't realize it until after my order processed. I did the on-line chat the next business day and Ryan changed it. So easy! I am looking forward to receiving my chairs.

Information about when different choices would be available to ship was really clearly communicated and very helpful for my decision making. However, I couldn’t find where to order replacement cushions for tulip chairs on your site, but when I reached out to customer service they replied the next day!
The chat function while purchasing…
The chat function while purchasing online is FANTASTIC! They gave me exactly the right answers that I was looking for - from material selection to how firm the couches are in comparison and of the voucher process! I cannot wait for the sofas to arrive and will be shopping more frequently with Rove concepts. One thing I did not like was the shipping fees which is is not clearly marked and it becomes quite expensive when you are purchasing big ticket items.

I ordered a dining table from Rove easily online and did not need to contact customer service for assistance. I'm pleased that white glove delivery is just about $150 extra as another company selling a similar item changes much more. I just hope my table ships soon as I'm eager to receive and enjoy it.
