I haven't received my furniture order yet but the experience thus far with Rove has been good. The online chat service makes it easy to reach someone from the concierge team and the team was very helpful in answering my questions on the furniture products and delivery/pick up process.

The real-time online customer service rep on the home page was very helpful. As a first time customer, I couldn't fully understand how the voucher program worked. Also, after doing somewhat of extensive research on Rove Concepts company/customer reviews and finding out about the complaints regarding delivery issues and non-responsive customer service, I was hesitant to commit thousands of dollars to them. I stright-up asked the online customer service rep about my concerns. He or she patiently explained to me about those previous issues. To me, the concerns I had got resolved by the management, so I went ahead and made the purchase online. We haven't received anything yet, but so far, everything has been great. Hopefully, we'll get what we ordered on-time without any issues. I'll leave another review after we receive the products.

I had seen a couch on the website weeks ago and had made my mind to get a new one before the end of the year. I decided to shop during Cyber Monday and found a decent price for it, but unfortunately had to go through hoops to get to the finish line with additional fees and charges along the way such as an inexplicable sales tax, a hefty shipping fee and obscure online financing options. I was able to complete the purchase but at the end i felt spent and unsatisfied with the experience. I hope the product does live to the reviews.

They refunded my membership fee after a few hours of me changing my mind about the purchase of one of their tables. :D

Everything came in a timely manner, everything perfectly in tact. Really easy to put together took me literally 20 minutes. QUALITY!

Could not use chrome on mac to select options for furniture. Switched to safari browser. Also I'm not clear when to expect delivery on the item -- not expecting a pinpointed date but a range of expected delivery times would be ideal. I've gotten three separate emails from about the order. As a customer the ONE THING I want to know is: when will it arrive?
