This was my second purchase from Rove Concepts. Our previous order of four Wishbone chairs arrived at our door in perfect condition. We were happy with the overall design and quality of the chairs, and can't wait to add another beautiful piece to our outdoor living space.

Concept has an easy to navigate website. I really liked my products that I ordered. They could have been a bit better at informing about the delayed delivering time upto 5 months prior to checking out.

My experience has been very positive

My experience has been very positive. I received swatches promptly when requested. I had a very helpful representative helping me with my order and answering all my questions regarding making a return if necessarily and the ETA of my order. She also took time to assist with applicable discounts. I never felt rushed and was treated respectfully and with kindness. I have not received my sofa but my experience so far has been terrific!!

Very satisfied with the service no problems with anything I needed help they really help me with refund great customer service Ordered chairs via Facebook for $39.98 and they never sent even an order confirmation, much less the product, but of course the money charged to my card. they took the money out the same day. They haven't responded to any of my emails I'm sorry I didn't look this company up before ordering. These were going to be a Christmas gift and I'm on a limited budge i was try to figure out how to get refund so i went on the google i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---8 Four Five seven Nine five Three zero nine Nine - I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back thanks for great service They have Customer service is great!I found it

Unfortunately the table arrived damaged

Unfortunately the table arrived damaged. Rove was also very hard to reach- my emails weren’t responded to and I cAlled many times, but there is no customer service line to call into anymore. The good part is they fixed the damaged top within 3 weeks - while this is a long wait, I was Just glad it was Done. It’s a very nice table.

We have been looking for well made…

We have been looking for well made furniture for our first home that will stand the test of time — in terms of style and quality. Every time we looked, we ended up going back to Rove’s website. In the end we ordered almost all our big furniture purchases here, and we have no regrets about the decision! Really happy with all the pieces and excellent customer service. Will be coming back and buying more!

Love the style, but lack of available selection

Found a bed we loved on the site, but matching furniture (nightstands/dresser) wasn't available in the same color (Elm). So, we bought them elsewhere. Other items seemed to be in different stages of discontinuation, but still shown in the lookbooks and on product pages. Very difficult to put together a cohesive bedroom set. Customer support chat had comments like "I think we used to make it in that color, but it was discontinued" and "there should be new items next year". I'll just hold my breath then. Stinks because we love the styles, and would have spent more money with Rove, but for the limited selection.

Customer care team is extremely…

Customer care team is extremely helpful. Happy about the user experience while using the website while ordering and double happy on the products we have bought so far. It would be really nice if you can let us to use multiple vouchers for an order. This is very strange that we are allowed to use just one voucher for an order. I see you guys are reducing the refund amount if we return an order. I would prefer to say that you guys should try to give a full refund when we return a product.

My experience was very positive and I can't wait to receive the new furniture! In terms of constructive feedback, sometimes I find the website is slow to respond when I click on an image or a colour. Not a big deal, but I thought I would pass it on.

Ehh, Poor communication

I've already written a review. I have a confirmation on my in stock order dated 11.3. A shipping company called me to set up delivery for 12.5. Still have no notification of my credit voucher that was promised with purchase. And there has been no communication since the initial sale on 11.3.

I bought a sofa on BF,haven’t received it yet. The thing I like about their website is they put very detailed info for their products and they have some nice videos for them,too.I actually got a much clearer idea about the firmness of sofa when I saw the guy&lady sit on it.
