This is first time when purchasing furniture from Rove. If the quality is as expected, will buy more as you have wonderful furniture. The website is easy to navigate and products have the right level of details. The only improvement I can think of is more photos for products, from different angles. Thanks

The website does not work with Safari. My sofas and stools are going to be delayed by 5 weeks and there was no proactive communication. I asked if an exception could be made to the voucher rules given the lengthy delays occurring right now and I was told "no". This doesn't make a lot of sense since my first order is custom and has been paid in full and the second order will also be custom and paid in full. So I went ahead with the order and asked if I could buy additional fabric and I still haven't received a response.

When I made the purchase, the membership did not go through and charged me regular price. I called customer service, they fixed it for me in a few minutes. The overall price is good and I found what I need.

Let me just start with saying that we love the Abigail bed and the ordering process was great. Where it came short is the delivery - there was no tracking info available for weeks between the order shipped and delivery date. The delivery company (Diseno) is awful - rude and unprofessional. We paid for White Glove service and there was nothing white glove about it - no shoe covers or gloves, did not like when I asked them to wash hands before grabbing my brand new ivory leather headboard, black shoes on our cream rug. Couldn't figure out how to put the bed together for about 45 min before our handy man stepped in. Delivery crew does not speak english, so super hard to explain anything to them. Handed me the phone with their supervisor screaming at me saying he did not get paid for white glove, so therefor he is not providing it. AWEFUL. Pete with concierge service saved the day. Honestly, would not even given it 2 starts otherwise. P.S. Did I mention we love the bed?

Generally very good customer service. Was never able to get through on the phone, only by emails and chat. I was a little disappointed that the voucher was only good once my first order was shipped (which will take 12-14 weeks!) would have loved to have known that sooner/use it ASAP! Fabric swatches vs online a little different. Velvet Cambridge looks very purple online but in person is more grey-taupe. Vintage velvet is more purple in person. I know it’s very hard to photograph fabrics; so I really loved your free sample options. Can’t wait to see the furniture live, in person !

I had questions about the size of a table I was considering and how many of a certain chair I could fit around it. Got these answered within minutes via chat! Awesome help. Now I am waiting for our new table and chairs. =)
