I ordered the wishbone chairs online…
I ordered the wishbone chairs online and am extremely excited for them to arrive. They are exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t need to speak with the customer care team as I knew what I wanted and was happy that the chairs were on sale. Looking forward to the delivery (even though it’s a bit of a wait).

Live chat was helpful.
Custom service livechat was very helpful. And at one point I emailed about a product coming back in stock and they were very quick to answer. On their financing page it says that you can choose to split your payment into 4 interest-free payments but it does not give that option at checkout. Overall, satisfied so far, can’t wait for the furniture to get here.

customer service very helpful when I needed help they really help me with refund great customer service Ordered chairs via Facebook for $39.98 and they never sent even an order confirmation, much less the product, but of course the money charged to my card. they took the money out the same day. They haven't responded to any of my emails I'm sorry I didn't look this company up before ordering. These were going to be a Christmas gift and I'm on a limited budge i was try to figure out how to get refund so i went on the google i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---8 Four Five seven Nine five Three zero nine Nine - I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back thanks for great service They have Customer service is great!I found it

The website is easy to navigate. Ordering is simple and we promptly received a confirmation.
We live outside of Vancouver which made the shipping rates extremely high. We weren’t super happy about that...but what can you do.
We will be picking the chairs up in January so hopefully everything goes seamlessly then.

This was my first time purchasing at Rove Concepts and I must say I was extremely pleased with the furniture, customer service and delivery as well! As one of the items in the order got delayed, I inquired customer service about this and they split the order without extra shipping costs so that I could receive the ready item earlier! Although the shipping date was delayed once more for the second shipment, I appreciated how the delivery company always called a day before the delivery to confirm the delivery date and time. The furniture was super easy to assemble with little effort required and I've already received so many compliments on it! Thank you Rove Concepts!

Order delays, no updates, limited concierge access, but they're sending some sheets.
I ordered a table, set of chairs, and a membership on 9/07/20. The original ship date was for the end of October/early November. Without a proactive update, I noticed the ship date has been changed to end of November/early December. When that time came that ship date was changed again, now the status shows a date of Dec 3-13th (again with no email notification).
I called the concierge line and nobody answered, so I left a voicemail and tried reaching them via their live chat option. For a $100 membership, I would have thought someone would have at least picked up the phone.
The agent told me via chat that they "are currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19 restrictions and safety measures at the warehouse and port congestion." and that my furniture would not be at my home before the Thanksgiving holidays.
They did offer an appeasement of some complimentary bedding, "As a gesture of our apologies for the delay we would like to send you complimentary Rora Bedding. You are welcome to choose between either the Organic Bamboo Duvet Cover Set or the Organic Bamboo Sheet Set. Both sets are available in either King size or Queen size and White or Charcoal. Just let me know the which colour, size and set you are interested in and I'll generate the order right away."
Here's why I rated 3 starts:
1) No proactive notification/emails to let me know that the order ship date changed several times. There should be an option to opt-in to these updates.
2) I paid $100 for a membership that includes concierge service, but I had to leave a voicemail and then use the chat option to get a status update.
3) The saving grace was that Rove offered me an appeasement of some bed sheets. This is what made the difference in 2 stars vs 5.

Winston Marble Coffee Table
Ordered the Winston coffee table. Had a few questions Rove Support quickly answered and the table arrived two weeks ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise.

Site page is kind of slow to load
Site page is kind of slow to load. Wish the site would show the custom color combination selected. We picked a dining room chair and leg color as well, but the site only had preselected images. Have yet to receive items, but so far no issues

The shopping process was very easy
The shopping process was very easy, seamless, and straight forward. The only thing that can be improved is giving better shipping updates and notifications. It’s been over two weeks since I’ve ordered, and I still do not have a shipping update or updated tracking info.

Rove Concepts chairs
I ordered chairs from Rove Concepts and I received a timely order and shipping confirmation. I had originally ordered chairs from a different site but was told repeatedly that the chairs were delayed from September to October to finally November. That was unacceptable. With Rove Concepts, I was told immediately the items were in stock and was given a shipping day.

Reliable seller, great quality furniture
We previously purchased our dinner table from Rove. The quality is excellent. Shipping was very fast and delivery was made on time. Very reliable seller. The only that you need to keep in mind is that the voucher reward will actually expire. Just make sure to use it before the expiration date.

Rove has amazing furniture styles and decent pricing. We ordered our couch and dining tables from here, very excited to receive them soon. We scheduled delayed shipping as we weren’t moving in until a later date, and customer service was very helpful.

Didn’t get the sales price
I didn’t realize that you needed to become a member to obtain the sales price shown and I purchased and realized I did not get the sales price. I am mediately reached out on the chat line and by the next day they charge me the member fee and given me the sales price. Excellent service from an excellent company! thank you very much!

Quick and helpful customer service
Customer service was super quick to reply. I by mistake ordered the wrong legs for my sofa and they quickly corrected the order before it shipped. I am excited to receive my order now!
