The selection of furniture Rove Concepts have chosen for their buyers who are into modern(ish) are amazing. The dinning chairs can get really expensive in my opinion if you start choosing custom colors and will take forever (8-14weeks to arrive). But I can tell you Rove is one of the very few that has a bigger and beautiful, bright vibrant custom fabric color selection. The swatches look almost exact some even better. Sales can be a little difficult to reach but leave a message they do call back pretty quickly. Bought the Winton dining table.

I ultimately got the answer I wanted but it did take 40min. Either way, my furniture should be here tmrw!!

On my experience using the website: I found nearly all the information on every piece I needed. Almost. Just a couple of small details left out on the Milo modular sectional (ex: no mention if it does include clips to hold them together, A discrepancy on seat depth measurement, one guide said 25.5, and a diagram showed 29.5. However it does say, measurements are approximates. And if you were able to remove the cover from pillows to have cleaned. ) I found the pictures great, showing great detail of fabric, seams, firmness. Videos helped by showing people sitting which helped with size and firmness of couches. I loved how easy it was to navigate each piece then go into ‘Learn more’ to see more of that item. Being able to order swatches is great. The swatches have more information on the back, plus you can feel and see the fabric and I did my own spill and clean tests to ultimately decide on which fabric to purchase. I did find that when scrolling the page would stutter. It was a good experience over all so far.

from frustration to relax they really help me with retuen great customer service Ordered chairs via Facebook for $39.98 and they never sent even an order confirmation, much less the product, but of course the money charged to my card. they took the money out the same day. They haven't responded to any of my emails I'm sorry I didn't look this company up before ordering. Good chat and email service for issues. Excellent product quality (my dad bought from them years ago and a couch we ordered already arrived). One star off because I haven’t been able to get ahold of someone on the phone and their site doesn’t support iPhone/Safari.
