High shipping costs

The website and ordering process were simple and straightforward enough- and the savings for membership were enough for me to pay the $100 for the year, but shipping costs are much higher than competitive online furniture retailers, and were not transparent until well into the order process. The high shipping cost basically negated my membership savings. Potential buyers should check the flat-rate shipping costs, which are indeed listed on the site before they make their decision.

Free swatches are a nice touch

I recently ordered 2 of the Aubrey counter stools after receiving some of the free swatches in the mail. For someone as indecisive as myself, the swatches helped me a lot in choosing the wood stain and upholstery colour, based on the lighting and finishes in my kitchen space. I can't wait to see the final product!

Great styles for a reasonable price

I discovered Rove through Instagram and I really was attracted to their mid century modern and Scandinavian-esque designs. The pricing is pretty reasonable for the design (and based on appearances, quality - I will be able to confirm that once I receive my chairs). Searching for things online was also very user friendly and I appreciate the multiple pictures of the furniture, especially when the furniture is placed in situ. Some improvements that I would recommend is more consistency in showing the different combinations (e.g. wood finishes and leather/ fabric options). Also I found it frustrating to find something in the list only to see that it was out of stock after clicking through. I'm excited to receive my new chairs - I hope that process is seamless and the timelines provided are accurate!

Stylish and Comfortable!

I purchased Wishbone chairs to give my dining room a fresh and updated look. These chairs are beautiful , comfortable and sturdy. One chair arrived damaged. I informed customer service and received a replacement chair within a few days. Very impressed!

Need to improve refresh and ways to contact you

The products are great but it was very difficult to navigate. The numbers in my kart kept switching and it was not smooth at all. Like the page was not refreshing enough. I ordered 9 chairs but I wanted 8 only. The refreshing of the site was troublesome. Tired to email concierge and the email was bounced back. I could not find a number to call and let you know immediately of what had happened. I am afraid I will be receiving one extra unwanted chair and that I have no means to letting you know.

I was able to use my voucher on a…

I was able to use my voucher on a subsequent purchase but your online system, after applying the voucher in my shopping cart, charged the full amount to my credit card. I emailed customer service and Jose quickly corrected the issue, but I’m still waiting for the credit to appear and my credit card statement has the higher charge on it. It’s very frustrating when something like this happens, but at least you guys responded quickly and applied my voucher after the order was placed. I’m still waiting for my original order to be delivered some 4+ months after ordering and I’m excited to finally get the items in the next few weeks.

I ordered a Ophelia bed frame online

I ordered a Ophelia bed frame online, which I’m looking forward to receiving. However I read the item was in stock but I didn’t confirm if that was in stock in Delta CA or at the US warehouse. It was important to know because I chose to pickup and I’m 400km out of Vancouver. Would have been nice to know exactly.

I found Rove Concepts while searching the Internet for a modern desk..their website was easy to maneuver and I found the perfect desk! The only con is I have to wait to receive it since in won’t be in stock for another 2 months. Looking forward to getting the desk!

Very impressed with the wishbone chair we bought a few months ago to “check it out” so now bought the second one we ere planning + 4 Elbow chairs.......obviously, the deigns are iconic Danish but rather less expensive

Excellent customer service! I ordered the wrong facing chaise…

I ordered the wrong facing chaise lounge for my couch and Jason, of the concierge service, gladly changed my order and was super efficient. He immediately emailed me an updated receipt with the ordered corrected. Excellent customer service!!

Overall experience was fine

Overall experience was fine. I find the pricing on Rove confusing. It says 20% off, but that's already reflected in the "member" price I am paying $100 for. It was also disappointing that most of the stuff I wanted to order was out of stock until January.

Pretty good customer experience with a few points of improvement

It was easy enough to find what I was looking for on the website. I’ve gone on it several times and have successfully ordered swatches to find the material that I want. This has helped me decide on a fabric however for the Iris chairs that I ordered it would have been nice to see how shiny/matte the legs are. The photos don’t show that too well and is only limited to the items in stock. For offering custom products, Rove can definitely improve on how the customers are able to visualize such products through the website. Having photos, especially close up ones, of the brass/black metal finish would be helpful. I was able to go on Instagram and ask for more description on it. I was quite satisfied with the speed of their response but would have appreciated more if they offered to send examples or pictures. Another comment I have is perhaps offering free local shipping especially for orders that are over a certain amount (as other similar companies offer this).

The concierge service was professional and provided helpful information. We recieved swatches rapidly. Overall excellent client service. Happy that we could buy a high quality sectional at a reasonable price and from a Canadian company!

Quick and easy resolution!

Rove was very quick in response and fully addressed my concern. If you place an eligible order, vouchers become available upon shipment. I placed an order which had a delayed shipment meaning I couldn’t apply my voucher to my next order. I was able to send an email to the support team and they contacted me the very next day and stated that they would manually apply the voucher to my order.

User experience

Website worked well, would have been ideal to have descriptions of fabric categories. Like what the difference between weaves is, preferably in a chart (pet friendly? Stain resistant? Etc.) Only other thing was the vagueness regarding membership but a bit of digging revealed that info. Excited to get my couch.
