I recently purchased the marble tulip top coffee table and the winston media console. I really happy with the products. The coffee table is beautiful and very solid. The media center is a great looking piece and very solid as well. Although, one of the drawers was a bit off. I had to take it out and put it back, and now it closes completely. I will say that delivery could be a better experience and customer service is hard to get through to. I have another order coming. A couch, Tulip top dinning table and chairs. I hope I'm as pleased with this order as I am with the first order.

Good quality & affordable
I ordered both the Flag Halyard Chair and the Dresden Sofa w/ Armrest. Although they took a while to ship and the shipping fee is very high, they are both of good quality and I'm overall happy with my purchase.
Winston Table Round
I ordered a Winston Table Round table 63' and unfortunately when I opened the box the marble table top was broken. I contacted Rove immediately and opened a claim. They took about 10 days to answer my claim, which was pretty upsetting but my new table top was shipped and this time I did not have any issues. The box was very beaten down, but I made the delivery company wait for me to open the box and inspect the delivery (if it was broken again I was going to not accept the delivery). Anyway, it was all good and the table IS BEAUTIFUL. It is really, really pretty. Also, it is very heavy, so definitely needs 3 adults to put together. It is easy to put together, just HEAVY.

We are absolutely in love with our dining table! It is probably the most expensive piece of furniture in our apartment, and it was worth every cent. It is beautifully made and the leaf insert is perfect for our small space. We've actually kept the table expanded with the insert because it is just that stunning and should be kept on display. 100% would recommend this table and brand - can't wait to buy more now that we are members!
Nice quality just a couple little issues
Overall the product is great. Couple complaints -- the item took almost 2 months despite the ship date initially showing 3 weeks. Secondly, the dimensions shown on the site are not precise -- the height is about half an inch taller. Not a huge deal, but it made me adjust where I mounted everything.

Malin coffee table…
I just received my Malin coffee table from Rove Concepts, and it is beautiful!! I would have rated this 'experience' a 5, but it was shipped a bit late, though that is understandable with the current environment. Still, I was worried because of all the negative reviews I read, but I received it. And wow, the surface of this table is like black liquid. Just gorgeous!
Beautiful furniture!
Fantastic bed and nightstands. Exactly what we were looking for. Items were extremely well packaged. Fairly easy to assemble, it took me only 1,5 hours and nightstands come assembled out of the box! We are super happy with my purchase.
Delayed, Poor customer service
Each item I have ordered has been significantly delayed with no email updates. I ordered a purchase July 13 and am still waiting on updates. Very poor customer service.
Sleek loungers
Love the loungers however when I purchased it, the original expected date was May 2020. This changed after my purchase to late August. I was not advised and found out by logging in.

Beautiful design at affordable price range
We’ve been looking for a nicely design sofa at affordable price and finally found it on Rove Concepts! Nice protection program and smooth purchase process.

Buckle in! Honest review here. I scoured the internet for reviews and never found one like mine. I have ordered multiple pieces of Furniture from Rove. I have ordered 2 Hunter nightstands, the Dax Sideboard and also the Noah Sectional in Mora felt.
First, I think their products are beautiful and they are quality. I do not think there are really many companies out there that make such a nice looking product. I have no problem spending more money on nice, sturdy and beautiful furniture.
Our Noah sectional came and the swatch matches the fabric 100%. The felt is extremely soft and the base is solid wood. The cover Velcros on unnoticeably, I’m assuming to wash it? Who knows. I love this sofa. It is low to the ground and on the firm side. It’s modern, sleek and I find it comfortable. For people who want plushie sofas I do not think Rove has a sofa that will fit you. They all seem to be more firm to retain their modern sleek appearance.
The Dax sideboard is beautiful. I love the soft close drawers and cabinet. The wood is nice and quality. Ours came damaged. The corner was crushed in transport. I am HOPING they fix this and send me a new one. I will get onto that later.
The Hunter nightstands are also beautiful. The wood is really nice and they are sturdy. They are modern and versatile. Ours arrived with a messed up bottom drawer that we actually had to disassemble and put back together. It was missing multiple screws and needed to be realigned.
All in all, I would say when these products come to you in perfect condition, I would give Rove 5 stars. But since out of 5 pieces 2 have been damaged...I would say a 3.5 or a 4. I have had excellent dealings with their staff with all my questions and concerns. They replaced my Hunter nightstand no problem when the drawer was messed up. My frustration with this company is 1. Wait time for product. I waited 4.5 months only to get a damaged Dax sideboard. 2. Lack of quality control 3. Cannot combine vouchers on orders. I have multiple vouchers and need to pay for multiple shipping fees to use them. 4. Their shipping fees are absurd. $300 to ship a sofa? That’s unheard of even from top line companies like Restoration Hardware. They’re gouging the price on shipping. Even the shipping companies have expressed that shipping is not THAT expensive. So, all in all I love their products but the inconsistency and little problems add up to be very frustrating. Honestly I love their furniture so much I will be buying from them again, but it is indeed a gamble. They do make it right when something is wrong but it would be nice to just get it right the first time.
