Great ‘chat’ concierge experience
I had an easy time navigating the Rove website. I got sample swatches when I wasn’t sure what fabric to order. And i had a very helpful experience with a Rove concierge over the ‘chat’ function. She helped me pick out the perfect fabric & color, and answered all of my questions. Thanks Johann!
Everything is perfect!
We purchased many items from Rove: the Hunter Bed, nightstands, and wide dresser, the Bennett media console, and the Aubrey counter stools. We had a couple items that were damaged during shipping and Rove took great care in fixing the situation for us. We have loved every item and we receive so many compliments. Everything is sturdy, durable, comfortable, and great quality. We will be shopping at Rove for all of our furniture needs.
Love My Porter Sectional!
Purchased the Porter Section and so far I love it! We picked it up ourselves from the warehouse, so we were able to have it in our home within a week of ordering, which was a great relief, since most other companies make you wait weeks, if not months, for your orders to arrive.

The Asher furniture set I purchased is everything I expected. The 30 days after initial delivery to get the support slats for my bed was another story. Read the fine print before ordering.
I'm really happy with the product
I'm really happy with the product. I purchased a blue velvet couch for a client and the quality is quite good. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took an extremely long time to arrive... like, 4 months, which just seem a little wild.

Replacement for broken armchair
I have bought two armchairs around less than two years ago. One wooden leg of the armchairs was broken, so I emailed to Rove Concepts for the details. They responded to me rapidly and arranged to replace me with a new armchair free. I appreciate their professional and responsible business conduct, of course excellent customer services altitude . I will sure continue to shop with Rove Concepts in the future.

When we received our Merchandise there was a big scratch on one of the chairs. We called and sent a picture. Rove assured us that we would get a new chair once they were in stock. We now have a new chair and are very happy with their service.
