well made products
I like how Rove made products. They are very solid and high quality. I had to return some items due to damage but Rove customer service resolved the issues. They are reasonable and trustworthy. One downside is I had to wait for long until my all orders to be fulfilled. Quality is just as good as photos on the website.

Colors of chair
I worried about the color of the chairs I ordered. I wasn't sure the walnut color matches to our dining table because sometimes the walnut color varies.

Excellent quality furniture, there was a problem in shipping - they didn’t ship my brackets that went to my bed and it took like 7 times for me reaching out for them to fix the problem but they did finally remedy it thanks to the help of one fine customer service rep.
Responsive reps
I have utilized the chat feature on a few occasions and have found that the reps are consistently helpful! Though in times of high volume, there may be delays in responding. I am confident that Rove really tries hard to resolve issues and keep a positive relationship with their customers.
