Great timely replies

The collection is wonderful and the customer service during the chat I had about bedroom collection options was excellent. I would recommend Rove Concepts to others looking for a modern and fresh design for their home.

Fair quality on reproduction chairs, the stitching on the seams on the womb chair ordered were puckered and not like the original (a piped seam)... look closely at the pics and the seam can be seen. Delivery service is abysmal and will keep me from purchasing anything from Rove again... not just the cost but the provider won’t let you open the boxes to inspect them before leaving. Room and Board and Joybird have much better delivery services and don’t require the customer to arrange a freight carrier for returns.

The website was easy to use. It's a beautiful, it was easy to find what I needed and checkout was easy. The only thing that I found difficult/confusing was what happens after my purchase was completed. Will I be contacted when it's ready for delivery? Do I choose my delivery date?, etc. After spending a lot of money on a new piece of furniture I would expect some type of follow up information about delivery. Overall, good experience, just wish there was a better follow up immediately after the order.

I love my Hunter Night Stands and Dressers. They are very sturdy and well made but best of all they look terrific. Delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. Great products, great service. Thanks.

Easy to use website and I love the pickup option.

We ordered two tables from Rove, the Mette Dining Table and the Dolf Oval Coffee Table. We waited 3 months for the delivery but it was well worth it -- the tables are excellent quality and they're exactly what we were looking for!!

We picked up our order from Richmond warehouse. When we opened up the package, it was easy to assemble, just screwing the 4 legs in. However we noticed some deficiency in the night stand, we emailed back with pictures and the issue was properly resolved timely.

Buying from Rove Concept was a leap of faith. The products weren’t inexpensive, I had not heard of the brand from any friends, I had never been to their physical store and the return policy was limited to damaged goods only. I loved their website and their minimalist yet functional design so I decided to take my chances and I am glad I did. The products are great quality, beautiful looking and very functional. The customer service is prompt, I had some damages on one of the items and they were happy to replace. Overall it was a great experience and an amazing purchase. I will definitely buy more.
