Great selection and online user experience. We asked a question about shipping dates and got a helpful response before the end of the day.

The process was easy and simple. I did my initial research on a desktop computer and then completed the transaction on my mobile phone. I was able to select the items I wanted and input my information quickly. My only critique is that I wish it had been stated more explicitly that an in-stock item and one I pre-ordered would be shipped together, i.e., at the time the pre-ordered one becomes available. Maybe I glossed over this, but perhaps there is a way to make it more clear.

I am not satisfied with the delivery company but I like the product. Wish rove concept can change the delivery company.

The RC website is a delight to visit and the selection of mid century style furniture is second to none.

This is my third time to order from Rove, and I had to make changes to my order a few times after measuring my new place, and customer service was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Rove has provided customer service that far exceeds any online furniture purchase I’ve experienced. The samples arrived lightening fast, and even THEY were beautifully packaged. Juggling was required as to delivery dates of chairs that are not yet in their warehouse and our rep is carefully monitoring that as well. We won’t have the chairs for a month still, due to our new condo possession date but it’s all being orchestrated beautifully by Rove. Very grateful and now I’m not concerned at all by the timing needs.

Great products and very sleek web interface for ordering. Have purchased many products. Minor issues with certain items not being immediately available as they are not in stock. In addition some items are available on the Canadian side of the site but not the American side. For example the Barcelona chair is not available on the US part of the site for some reason.

I read so many bad reviews of Robe customer service that I was very reluctant to order from them. But relented when I spotted the perfect table for me. My dining table arrived damaged and Rove offered to replace it pronto. I had to convince them that I deserved white glove service the second time in exchange for the trouble and delay, but they came through. I do love the table.

When I called and the item was out of stock, the sales advisor helped and found me available stock. I have ordered several times from Rove Concept and the shipment, the packing and most of amazing quality. With the most beautiful designs. So happy I found Rove concept. Thank you
