Such friendly staff at the warehouse sale. Whenever I’ve called, the agents have also been friendly. At times I have found the customer service agents on the phone to provide misinformation which has slowed down the process but always friendly.

I was ordering both an Eric Table and Xander King Bed. The bed
was out of stock in one warehouse but he persisted and discovered
the last one in another warehouse. I thank him for not giving up as

I’ve had my eye on the Ophelia Bed for awhile now and ordered it during the flash sale. I reached out to customer service to find out the best thickness and size for a mattress. They were quick to provide me with the information I needed. I placed the order right after. I can’t wait for my bed to arrive!

So far so good! The online shopping was fine. I would have loved to see many many more detailed photos of the furniture inside and out. Even the areas we wouldn't see on a daily basis to have better idea of the quality.

Wonderful chair (and at a great value)! We utilized the Cashmere Wool and love look and feel of the fabric. The structure and frame are very sturdy, seaming is beautifully executed. Very happy with this chair and ottoman!
Nice chairs match our rove table
Had 6 chair arrive 3 of which were damaged. But they have a fast turn around for replacement. The products look great other then the damage from shipping. Will buy again

Wishbone Dining Chairs

Best product and service
After months of defective product and delivery issues with another furniture company jokingly referred to as being “out of reach,” we gave up on the other company and turned to Rove Concepts. RC provided us with a gorgeous table and excellent service. They have earned our appreciation and continued business.
Great products. Challenging Website Experience
Sofas and fabrics look beautiful. I had a problem ordering this week. When attempting to complete a purchase I received a message that the site was being updated and I needed to reload the page. Hopefully their shipment execution is better.
Preorder
We wanted to place a preorder for some Aubrey chairs in cream that were out of stock but couldn't do so on Rove's website so we emailed customer service for help. Customer service were quick to respond even on a Sunday afternoon and kindly helped us place the order for the chairs that we really needed. Thumbs up!
