The overall experience is good, I like that there are videos on some of the products' detail page, I wish all the products have videos. I notice that even for the same finish, the color looks different from product to product, I hope you can adjust the color tones of your photos to stay consistent as much as you can, it will help a lot.

It was a good experience with the year end sale and flash sale. I'm pretty happy with the overall experience. The one thing that I would mention is that I live in California, and the website was a bit sluggish at times. But I'm happy overall with my purchase and can't wait to get the media console!

Rove Concepts had really responsive customer service to a request on an order we had placed. They were communicative and easy to work with. We have ordered furniture from them before and LOVED it, so decided to order more pieces.

Customer service thus far has been over the top. Swatches arrived in a matter of days, so I could finalize the colour of my couch. I also love the idea of receiving a formal quote to my email and online account before I purchased. Patiently awaiting my Porter sectional. I know I will love it!
