Very clean website, easy to navigate, and exciting products! The shipping cost at the end surprised me a little and the carrier was new information I found out only after purchasing, so wish I knew more of that information on the front end.

We opted to pick up our chairs from the warehouse, and the process went smoothly. Assembly wasn't as complicated as we thought it would be either. Overall, the chairs are comfortable and look great with our existing dining table.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE
I will admit that all products I ordered online were of very good quality and very well packed and shipped. I was happy with what I had ordered. Everything arrived perfectly. However, the reason why I will not give you five stars is because the shipping company used was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! I spent over $4,000.00 on a dresser, bed, and two nightstands, and on the day of my scheduled delivery, the driver did not give me a courtesy call in advance and just showed up at my doorstep. Also, he was ALONE (nobody to help him) and he said it was a seven piece shipment that was too heavy to climb up the two flights of stairs. As a result, I had to help him carry up the boxes using a dolly. I spent over 30 min with him nearly injuring myself to receive my furniture which I paid a very large amount of money for. With what I spent, I would expect, at the very very least, to have all objects delivered at my doorstep. It completely ruined my experience with you guys.

Your website is super easy to use and you have plenty of purchase options. I found exactly what I needed very quickly. My only complaint would be the price of shipping which is usually included or cheaper than the amount that showed up during checkout.
Overall it started smoothly
Overall it started smoothly, however when it got to the payment I was not able to use Affirm, as originally planned. I tried several times, and it could not get through. However, when I switch to credit card payment it went thru the first time. I called customer service and asked about this issue (prior the finalizing the payment using cc). Customer service representative suggested to use cc or to call Affirm. First option was/is obvious, and regarding second I do not believe that I should be calling financial institution about fixing the processing issue on Rove Concept website. It is a Rove Concept responsibility to make sure that payment goes smoothly, or financing thru Affirm should not be offered. I lost few days in the process and still waiting for delivery, so I can not tell anything about quality of the product. I am hoping that I will get my order before Christmas. In situation like this it should be some sot of incentive for inconvenience, however none has been given.

I paid for the white glove service and the delivery folks dinged my ceiling when bringing the bed up to the room.

The only thing I will complain is the shipping fee. It's 299 for standard U.S shipping. we live in southern California and the warehouse also located in southern California, so I think they should offer a lower shipping rate.

The only thing I didn't like is that customer service contacted me few days after I have placed an order and stated that I only paid for curbside deliver and to carry the couch inside of the house with 2 steps, would cost additional $150, although their webiste said dry area delivery and not curb side. Latter customer service admitted their mistake, but if I would not remember shipping method I chose, I would be out additional $150
Ecstatic Customer
I am ecstatic about the furniture at Rove Concepts. I was a little resistant to buy furniture online, but I have been so impressed by the furniture design online that I decided to give it a try.
My first order included the Hunter Bedroom Set and Milo Sectional Sofa. It was delivered today and all I can say is, “Wow!”
I was worried about the Hunter bedroom set online thinking maybe the walnut was too dark. The Ash was too light. But to my huge surprise, when it was setup it is a more mid-tone walnut which is absolutely perfect, and the platform bed is so stylish.
And for the Milo sectional sofa, I bought the lighter grey and the comfort and fabric is first class. I have been through many sectional sofas, too low or cushions too soft, but this sectional is a perfect height, the cushions are firm and the ottoman is a perfect size for two.
I have placed a second order and now plan to furnish my entire home with Rove Concepts. It is more than my initial budget, but I am so impressed with this furniture. I am willing to spend the extra money to have a superb home, one that I love to see every day.
I highly recommend this company. And just a small note, get the white glove delivery service. I watched the delivery guys install the platform bed and I would never attempt that on my own, so I think it well worth the additional $150
I am a very happy customer and can’t wait for my second delivery.
