Love the furniture, the site looks great but is a little slow, the little header cart isn’t always updated from every view. My one concern is seeing items in group photos that aren’t available for sale like the Linnea outdoor sofa.

Super Helpful Customer Service
I bought 6 chairs that were on sale during Black Friday. When I added them to my cart, only a few were discounted. I called customer service and they immediately applied the sale price to all 6 items. They also changed the shipping to local pick up. It was quick and pleasant.

Easy to navigate. Only feedback would be that I couldn't find a chair to go with the couch I bought (Noah in Nahwhal). If there was a chair in that same material that went with it, I would have bought that as well. Now I have to try to find something else as an accent chair.
Overall though, love the company and shopping experience was a breeze.
