Easy to use website with good details on items. Tax isn’t added until the very end so price can be a bit misleading.

The process was very easy and straightforward. The online chat was immediate and helpful. I do wish that there was not a $5000 purchase history prior to the trade discount kicking in. I was pleasantly surprised that a coupon was emailed to me after my purchase. This truly inspires me to order again. I find that there are great styles and options offered on the website and I look forward to working with Rove again.

I wish I had bought another couch. There were issues from the delivery 3 months ago until today. To start, the delivery company wasn't able to deliver the couch on time and never alerted me that they would not be able to drop the couch off. Come to the assembly, 3 of the legs couldn't be secured properly as at least 1 screw broke for 3 of the legs. There was also a dent in the armrest of the couch but it seemed minor compared to the legs. All of this was flagged to Rove. Rove sent a new set of screws but the same issue re-occured. Finally, new holes had to be drilled into the couch with a new set of bolts that I got myself. I thought this was the end of the issues. 2 and a half months later, I notice that dent in the armrest, but it's way deeper, in fact you can hear the armrest crack whenever weight is put on it and another portion of the armrest is simply hollow underneath the fabric. Rove's solution as per their policy: 1) pay for shipping again for a free replacement, or 2) have it assessed locally and submit an estimate to rove for the repairs. When you buy a NEW couch. You expect to have a NEW couch. In the event that they send you a BROKEN couch, you would expect to not have to pay again to get the NEW couch that you should have received in the first place. I gave 3 stars because the team does try to help, and the couch looks good. As for quality, i'm not sure what else will break over the next year. I would not recommend this couch.

I haven't yet received the chairs, but the ordering process has been very smooth and easy to navigate.

We recently ordered 2 Sebastian rugs in 8X10. The process was easy from ordering to scheduling and receiving the shipment. There was an issue with one of the rugs and the Rove customer service team resolved our issue in a very prompt and fair manner. We love our rugs and will definitely continue to shop at Rove Concepts.

The online popout window is pretty helpful because it gives instant answer from them. But sometimes the pop out window doesn’t come out and I don’t know where to find the window... otherwise the online service is pretty good.

High price and decent quality. Based on their marketing, I was expecting an exceptional product for the price. I would say their quality is above average for a higher than reproduction price. I had an issue with a chair I ordered, and submitted a claim which was somewhat resolved. I didn’t want to pursue it further as I don’t think I’ll be getting a higher quality product when 2 out of 2 examples were not as expected.

Super Easy Shopping. Website organization is great and I found what I wanted quickly. Now, if my items could only come back in stock quicker... :)
