I am a fan! First, the packaging is a work of design in itself. I purchased a bed, and was wowed by the way it was packed--so smart, beautiful, and secure. As an architect, I appreciate good design from start to finish, and the packaging was an indicator that I was in for a treat. And was I ever!. The bed is beautiful; it is simple, sturdy, well detailed, and the materials are high quality. The assembly system is easy to understand. I look forward to more furniture from Rove Concepts. I've already ordered a sofa based on the superior quality of the bed.

Great customer service! Very timely responses. One issue that I had was I ordered swatches and never received them. But the service was good.

The service excellent and they even expedited our pick up to same day after the email said 2 business days and we advised them we are going away for 3 weeks. At the pick up dock they were extremely helpful wrapping the boxes to protect them from the rain and then helped load. All in all an excellent experience definitely recommend!!!
