My wife and I have been extremely pleased with everything we've purchased from ROVE. The two sofa's we ordered are very comfortable and we frequently receive compliments about how good looking they are. They fit in perfectly with the mid century style of our beach house. The two sets of dining room chairs we ordered are sturdy and stylish and are a terrific value. We're so satisfied with ROVE that we've begun to buy items from their lighting and decor product categories. Keep putting out fantastic product and we'll continue to be big supporters of your brand!

Good, well built modern furniture, but the process could use some improvement. The good: The quality of the furniture is very good and the pictures on the website are an accurate representation of what the furniture looked like. The website and customer service (chat) is very good. The bad: Shipping. When I pay close to $400 in shipping, I expect the furniture to be placed and assembled where I want it in the house. Apparently $400 only gets you boxes delivered to the front door and there's an additional fee for "white glove" service. I don't remember being clearly presented with this white glove service while ordering. Also, who orders furniture that weighs 400 lbs and then choses to carry it up stairs. All heavy furniture should have white glove service by default. I've ordered furniture from a lot of other places with multiple pieces and it has cost me no more than $150 for white glove service (delivery + placement + assembly). I understand your furniture comes from another country but the cost to ship it should be built into the price of the product. The Ugly: The third party company that delivers your furniture definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. They were downright belligerent and would not wait 5 mins so I could talk to Rove Concepts about "white glove" service and kept sticking the phone in my face to sign so they could leave.

Erik Dining Table We purchased the Erik Dining Table for our new house after searching for an affordable and mid-level quality dining table. We were surprised by the quality when the table arrived - the legs and the tabletop were heavy (demonstrating to us that they will hold up better over time). The table itself was straightforward to assemble. The wood in the legs and table top matched quite perfectly with our original hardwood floors. We love the design! The wood and white lacquer coated top along with the beveled edges make it look very modern/Scandinavian. Would love to see the company eliminate the styrofoam from their packaging as it is often a very challenging product to recycle. I would have been happy to pay an additional cost to have different materials used in packaging.

I've bought a tv stand, dinner table, and a small side table. also have a bed and nightstands on the way. pros: - mid century modern and beautifully styled furniture, a very good option if you are tired of Ikea furniture and willing to spend a bit more on larger pieces of furniture - Furnitures are good quality, well built, deliveries are packaged securely and less likely to be damaged cons: - shipping is quite expensive, and gets more expensive based on the total price of your order which does not make a lot of sense. Instead it should be based on the weight and dimension, or just have a flat fee per item. - return policy should be more lenient if there was truly a problem with the product itself (not delivery). - no showroom anywhere to try out the furniture before buying, this makes me not confident about buying a sofa

Still waiting to receive our sofa, but so far the process has been seamless and the communication from Rove is very good.
