Very easy process Love the new bed Thanks rove

Hope to receive my order soon. What I would improve would be the tracking to be more updated and informative. Only received one update saying it has shipped and has not arrived on the expected delivery date. Also not sure if they will call to schedule a delivery or just show up.

Delivery driver was nice. I wasn’t happy with the experience though. I scheduled it online and then scheduled other vendors to be here during that range. Found out right before that they didn’t even deliver during that time. I got the linen concrete and I’m dissatisfied. The couch has 2 snags and the rose gold legs had some spots (small but there). The fabric has more white tone in it then the pic and I don’t care for it. Not very comfy. I thought I’d go a purchase some matching worn pillows... they don’t seem them. Looked for a chair to match and there is not one. I was going to buy the west elm Andes couch and went against it because reviews but it actually looks better and isn’t any less comfy, ORDER number 151641

Easy ordering process. Pieces shipped out right away since they were in-stock items and not custom. Haven't received the pieces yet, but I'm sure they will be great.

I never, ever thought I would order a large piece of furniture (a sofa) from an on-line source - until I found Rove. The fabric samples I requested arrived within days, and the customer service follow-up was impressive. The site is well-designed, but even better are the detailed descriptions of the piece - so important to me in making a decision to order a sofa without "seeing" or "sitting".

Online chat was able to answer my questions instantly and they emailed a quote so I could extend the sale price until I received my swatches. The fabric samples arrived in two days. It was simple to convert my quote into an online order. Now all I have to do is wait for my new sectional!

I was nervous to order stools unseen but the sample program made the decision easier. I was able to make sure the color matched the kitchen perfectly which took the guessing out of the order. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. I love the way they look and most surprisingly how comfortable they are.
