Love their products and enjoyed the sale. My only deterrent to ordering is the shipping cost. Haven't received my order yet but hoping all arrives in good shape. I was able to locate similar product that cost less when adding in the shipping but I liked the little details of this counter stool. Looking forward to receiving my stools.

The promotion code that was advertised was not working during the checkout process despite trying multiple times and emailing the site about it. I also had trouble checking out, and even tried using different browsers. I finally gave up. I later got an email from their team that the purchase was flagged because it was over their high limit and flagged as a scam, and that I needed to split my purchase into 2 purchases. Once I did that it went through but it was a waste of a whole morning.

At this point in time my only encounter with the company has been to coordinate a purchase and delivery. I am waiting to see how the delivery goes, and the quality of the product when it arrives at my client's home. So as of now I can rate 5 stars as they were efficient and quick at answering my questions and providing quotes. They also accomodated other administrative items particular to our design trade.
