Molded Plastic Chairs
I ordered 4 DSW molded plastic side chairs with the wooden dowel base. Ordering was quick and easy. Communication via email with a sales manager was timely and helpful. I have not yet received the chairs but I have a couple of DAW molded plastic armchairs with the wooden dowel base and they are of good quality and were easy to assemble.

Have not received the Sofa yet but the service so far has been incredible. I must have called their support staff 5x to understand the specifics of the sofa, the order process etc. and always received a knowledgeable response. Will review the sofa once it arrives.

Beautiful products, great customer service
We have now ordered furniture for both our bedroom and our kitchen through Rove Concepts. We have been so pleased with the quality of the pieces - they are durable and beautiful. We had to change our delivery date and location multiple times due to a delayed move, and the customer service team was flexible and friendly. We always were able to talk to an actual person, which was refreshing.

Good customer service
I've had a good experience working with Rove Concepts customer service to resolve my claim. The Andrej TV Console that I've ordered came in very fast, but had a small nick at one of the corners. I've opened an online claim and was offered few resolution options. It does take them few days to respond to your questions, but they always do and in very polite manner. Kristine, from Rove Concepts, took care of my claim to my grate satisfaction.
And I do love my Andrej TV Console. I'm designing the whole room around it.

Great service and great to be able to pick up furniture right from wearhouse near my house so that I could save delivery fee. People at wearhouse were very friendly and helped to load furniture in our pickup truck.

I have been looking for the right couch…
I have been looking for the right couch not like everyone else has. I came across rove I love the beige leather couch and 2 side chairs. The quality is the best I have seen. So soft. I’m going light modern look. The light beige looks great with whites, greys and jewels tones.

As a UX Designer, I found the site to be free of clutter, relevant information, easy to find dimensions of the product, and overall nice design aesthetic.

Rove Concepts designs are trendy
Rove Concepts designs are trendy, modern and fit to every budget. I have already bought a TV console for the first time purchase with Rove Concepts. I am very pleased with the materials when I first saw it. So I continue to buy a dining room sideboard and a dining table, and I have confidence in their quality now. I will continue to buy some dining chairs, but they are not in stock now.
