Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process. Items not yet received so cannot speak to quality. Unable to order back order items so need to pay shipping twice once it comes in - disappointing (which is why I am giving 4 starts instead of 5).
Rove Concepts offers a great selection of beautiful modern furniture.
Rove Concepts has a beautiful website with absolutely beautiful product. It can be hard to shop for investment pieces like furniture online but Rove offers free swatches that are shipped very quickly to you. It was a great option but unfortunately the swatches are frequently out of stock and the customer service team typically will tell you they don't have a set restocking date. This can be frustrating as I said earlier, shopping for furniture online can be difficult with trying to see the true color of the fabric/material/size. Customer service was always very nice and informative though and I would definitely recommend shopping at Rove Concepts to friends. The site is always running great sales so you can almost guarantee that you'll get a deal.

As a company, Rove Concepts offers beautiful pieces that will be a great addition to any home. The navigation of the Rove Concepts website was incredibly easy and the layout was very pleasing. Checking out was a very simple process that did not leave me frustrated.

Rove seems like a GOOD company selling DECENT products and, to be trying to GENUINELY please their customer base.
However, their internal and customer communications and follow-up need attention.
I had to go through extra communications and follow-up with Rove because they provided inadequate follow-up information of their own with me after a number of phone conversations regarding my initial purchase inquiry and my actual purchase order.
They were out of stock and did not follow up... twice!
Details of long delivery time were in the air.
However, other than actual product colour that does not appear on delivery as it does on the Rove website, the product purchased is of excellent build quality and, all required components appeared to be included and in excellent condition.
The 2 "white glove" service people who delivered and assembled the purchased product were congenial, efficient and generally competent.
After, minimal experience with my purchase, I can say that, I'm pleased with the product quality overall.

Alexandria in customer service was fantastic. She helped answer all my question and emailed me photos so i can see a color reference. This really helped me decide on making my purchase when I was on the fence about buying.
We love the 1955 TV cabinet
We love the 1955 TV cabinet, but be warned it has no holes in the back to pass wires through between the TV and the other components. That's easily fixed with a 1 1/2" to 2" hole saw and a trusting wife - or at least one that will look the other way while you drill holes in the back of your new furniture. Furniture: four stars, wife: five stars!

Great website! Offers plenty of pictures, descriptive information and pleasant to work with. I did have one slight confusion with checkout but the CHAT feature was perfect!! Solved in less than 2 minutes! Will continue to make purchases if quality of product proves to be equal in quality of experience so far!

The furniture I got is beautiful for the price. Next to no finish, but nice in an understated way. I bought a dining table that was massive, but came in good shape. Then I bought a buffet, also quite large, and it also arrived well packaged and as well as could be expected for travelling via LTL freight. Both pieces were excellent values - both style and quality were high for the price.

So far so good. It’s too bad one has to wait so long to receive a custom order, but I understand the holdup at ports of entry is extensive these days.
