The website is easy to navigate and instructions for check out was straight forward and simple. The whole buying process was pleasant! I would definitely visit the store or come back online to shop in the future! There is one suggestion: if with a lower shipping rate in greater Vancouver area that will be greatly appreciated. After all, this is a Vancouver start-up and based company isn't it?

So far a great experience. Waiting 8-20 weeks for a sofa is a bit ridiculous, however, luckily they have a pretty nice selection of other options.

Beautiful Rove Concepts Site
Beautiful Rove Concepts site. The free samples were a big help in deciding to but the Hugo Sofa Vintage Velvet: Cardinal. I also took advantage of the 15% Living Room discount at the time. All communications on chat and via email were great!
I also bought the Rove Pavilion Chair & Ottoman Classic Leathers: Modena Black at the same time. Rove refunded my purchase because they no longer are selling the chair to US residents. Rove provided a $50 store credit.
Some information on the Rove Concepts site concerning the limitations for US customers would have improved my experience.
However, I can't wait to see my new couch (sans chair) inspired by the red velvet couch at the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh.

I am writing this review in advance to receiving the 1955 Sideboard I ordered. It needs to be shipped to me in Quesnel, BC several hours away from the Rove store and warehouse. I am very pleased with the woman I spoke to on the phone prior to placing the order online. She was very calm, patient, and helpful. My only fear is the transporting of the sideboard. I hope that it is well packaged and has protective measures put into place so that upon delivery it will not be a disappointment and there is damage to this lovely piece of furniture. I hope to buy more pieces from Rove Concepts in the future.
