The website is fairly well setup the main issue I have is around delivery times. 8-12 weeks for larger furniture pieces is just too long.
Excellent product - velvet sofa
Excellent product, a sofa, although one leg was difficult to screw in because it was slightly shorter than it should be. Beautiful fabric and colour, velvet, and firm but I don’t mind that.
Delivery was very smooth, and the person who delivered it was courteous and communicated with me before arriving.

Terrific Value
I ordered 8 chairs on sale. The order seemed to process through my credit card, but the order tracking did not state when the chairs would arrive. I contacted customer service and they solved the problem immediately. I received them quickly after that.
Great Site with a Clever Layout
The site was easy to navigate and the product lines were cleverly sorted. I ordered swatches that arrived within 24 hours which was incredibly helpful. I still had a further question and a customer service representative sent me a picture they took in the showroom of the product pairing I was interested in.
I would have been happy to give 5 stars except the website glitched right when I tried to process the order and I had to fill out all the fields again and re-process. I know this a small detail but it's just enough to make a person open up their banking information to verify multiple transactions didn't take place. It hadn't but still made me go look anyways.
All and all a pretty good experience though.
Adele Chairs - high quality and great value
I ordered 4 Adele Chairs. They came in excellent condition and are beautiful, sleek, modern chairs. They match the wooden spiral staircase in my living room perfectly. I can't wait to order one of the Kure dining tables to go with them.
The only hassle was the shipping. It shipped fairly quickly, but there were some communication issues. Apparently, Rove had scheduled a delivery time and date with Pilot without notifying me, and the shippers called me when I was at work and said they were nearly at my apartment. I had no idea they were coming. When I called Pilot they were very professional and it was easy to reschedule. Would still order again but this company has huge potential if they get their last-mile delivery perfected!

My Womb Chairs and Ottomans
My Womb Chairs and Ottoman came and are just gorgeous. They were delivered on time and on schedule. The only hiccup was the delivery guys refused to unbox or carry the chairs in to my ground level house I’m over 60 and they stood there and watched me struggle.
I’m not going to let them ruin my enjoyment of my awesome chairs. Lucky it didn’t live in a third fl walk up

I’ve been very happy with the reproduction Barcelona chair that I purchased from Rove Concepts. I have also purchased two tulip chairs for my kitchen. Rove Concepts will send you samples of their leathers and fabrics. They are easy to contact and respond quickly. Both of my purchases have been special orders. The leather and material are high end.
