Coffee Table Online Purchase
Found the coffee table on Saturday online, tried live chat to see if there was any inventory of this at the Vancouver Showroom. After 5 minutes of no response I called the number (provided on chat reply) and received a quick answer. I was informed the coffee table was at the Showroom to view and 5 were on preorder to the warehouse. Unfortunately this table was not at the Showroom when I went later that day, but the employees did point us in the direction of a couple of products made from the same material. I ordered this product online and livechat was quick to respond and let me know how remove the delivery fee due to picking up the item at the warehouse. Looking forward to adding this piece of furniture to our place!

Great sectional, OK planter
Ordered a sectional and planter from Rove and was really thrilled with the sofa. The planter feels pretty cheap, but it wasn't too expensive.

I love their products and pricing!! However, I can't give a five star review. I was surprised that local shipping starts at $19...even when placing a smaller order and I assumed local pick-up meant at the Vancouver store vs Richmond. I would ensure that is clear before customers place and finalize the order.
Well designed website
Well designed website - really added to the perceived value of the products and experience. It's a bit contentious to recognize iconic pieces being produced without designer certification but I think the other pieces offered show quality of craftsmanship and an embodiment of sustainable, future forward design. Look forward to receiving the credenza I ordered!
