Great online shopping experience and easy to use interface. Prices are very good for the quality of the furniture, especially if you can catch a discount. I haven't set up the furniture yet, but it looks pretty simple from the videos that they post online. Be aware that you have to pay shipping costs both ways. I contacted customer service twice, and they responded within two days. The first time I requested to change the shipping date, and it was processed really easily. However, the second time I contacted Rove it did not go very smoothly. I asked about a rug in one of the stock photos on the website. The responses I got were short, curt, and unhelpful. I've never tried calling.

Excellent products; smooth transaction. Have ordered many pieces and will continue to do so in the future.

Great bedroom selection .

Rove Concepts had the furniture that I was looking for: modern, minimalistic, mid-century/Scandinavian style with character. The pieces were also relatively inexpensive compared to other furniture stores. I wouldn't normally buy large furniture online, but took a chance as they had consistently good reviews. I'm glad I did it. I love all of the items I've purchased, they were exactly what I wanted and are of good quality. Rove Concepts initially sent me the wrong colour chairs (blue instead of grey). However, they were quick to resolve the matter and, for the inconvenience, I got to keep the 4 blue chairs! I admit that the pieces weren't all flawless (one had a minor blemish) but, considering the price, great customer service, and beautiful website, I have no reservations about buying from them again.

Placed my order online, needed to change something, so I called them and they changed it in 5 mins, it was no problem at all. Will shop here again.

Good response to my difficulty with ordering on the website. It was not obvious how to claim the 10% discount when ordering this weekend. Your immediate reply was great, but there was some lack of clarity as I was going through the online purchase.

It was extremely easy to shop on the website and customer service does a job of informing me through email where my order is coming from and a breakdown of the payments. I LOVE Rove Concepts' selection!
