Tulip Chairs: quick ship & easy assembly
I ordered a pair of tulip chairs with red cushions. They were exactly as pictured!
The seats spin around which is nice. I am 5'2, so the seat is a little high for me but it's perfect for the rest of my family (5'8-5'10).
They arrived 3-4 days after I ordered and were very easy to put together.

I've been looking for 2 dinning chairs to fit my remodeled dinning room for 7 months. The Aubrey collection was perfect; great construction and the leather option was ideal. Looking forward to using these chairs for some time to come. It looks like it would surely be a piece that sparks a conversation from visitors; elegant, stylish & unique.

Hanne Display Unit is great, assembly instructions suck!
I purchased the Hanne Display Unit. Very happy with the shelving unit, with the ordering process and was impressed with very quick delivery. However, the assembly instructions suck! Absolutely horrible. If you do not have advanced problem-solving skills and some experience with similar assembly, I wish you luck. IKEA instructions are a dream by comparison. Parts are not labeled although the look very similar, the pictures only instructions are tiny, the sequence of steps is not clear. Thank goodness it's just a shelving unit with three uprights, 6 shelves and two panels...it wouldn't take much to improve the instructions, if someone made the effort...

The customer team is very nice and helpful- but getting an accurate arrival time for the product is not easy. 8-14 weeks is way to broad and prevents us from wanting to commit to ordering the product as we do not know if it will meet our lead times.

Terrific Purchase
We purchased our new bed frame from Rove because we loved the contemporary styling. The bed is both attractive and functional. It is also very solid - components are heavy and the veneer is as thick as any I've ever seen. Easy to assemble with 2 people. Everything arrived as advertised and in pristine condition.
