I'm excited to receive my first Rove Concepts dinning set. After reviewing the refund policy, I was a little disappointed as it is online shopping and I wish it was more flexible. Eager to see the quality of this set!

I just finished ordering my Luca Armchair. I had trouble checking out online last night, so I left a message. A lovely young woman called me the next morning and was very helpful and pleasant helping me to complete my order. Now I can't wait for my new chair! ( But I guess I'll have to.)

I had a great experience with Rove. Before I ordered, I reached out to see if I could delay my shipping to take advantage of a sale on a particular collection that was ending long before my move date. Rove informed me there would be a better sale site-wide closer to my move date, so I waited to order. The delivery and installation process was seamless. I've only had my bed, table, and chairs for a few weeks, but I've received many compliments on all the pieces. I'm already planning my next Rove purchase!
