We have ordered a tulip table and skin chairs from Rove Concepts. They came in earlier than we anticipated and our home was not ready to receive the furniture. We also didn't realize that the shipping we had was curb-side instead of white glove. Their customer service is great. They were able to hold the items for us a few weeks until we were ready and they switched the shipping to white glove for us. We love the quality of their furniture and would be happy to shop from them in the future.

Purchased two Barcelona chairs on sale. They arrived quicker than expected and were well packaged. I've never handled originals, but the leather on these feels very nice and the base is quite sturdy. All in all I would purchase from Rove again.

Very happy with the product and service. I live in Prince George, B.C. and I'm used to waiting weeks or months for products but the Hunter bed and nightstand I purchased 2 days ago arrived yesterday and I'm already sleeping on it! Incredibly well packed and protected. Very well made, somebody was thinking when they designed and manufactured it.

We received a damaged Truman Coffee Table and when I requested a refund I was told that it would be considered a buyers remorse and that I will be required to pay for the shipping of the item in original form. Additionally I came to find the same coffee table at a lower price advertised on the site a week after my order and they refused to price match their own lower price.
