Customer Satisfaction Excellent
I give Rove Concepts 5 stars because of their extraordinary customer satisfaction policy. I bought a Nilsson TV stand. It was expensive and it unfortunately arrived damaged. Without argument of any kind, Rove send me another brand new one. Rove did not charge me. Rove did not have me ship the damaged one back and instead let me keep it.
White oval table -- just average
Bought the oval white table and the finish on the top of the table is poorly done. On the side, you can see paint drips and the finish does not match the base (the base is glossy white, the top is matt white.) If it was not such a pain to return (the table is large and heavy) I would do so.
Great staff on the phone
Great staff on the phone, very accommodating and had all the answers to my questions, quickly. They even went out of their way to try and accommodate a delivery on a specific date. Furniture appears to be very high end, I look forward to receiving my purchases and setting them up! Site is very well laid out.

We are so pleased with the items - they are modern, high quality, and fit perfectly for our small space while still being extremely functional. These items really make our place feel like home!
