I am disappointed to hear that I have to wait for my order for two and a half month. I was expecting that I could buy what I wanted when I visited your showroom.

The shipping interface provide less information, hard to understand what is the status now. Otherwise everything is fine.

This is a beautiful, solid table. However the surface scratches easily and when I tried to get rid of the scratches, first with a damp cloth, then with soap and finally with Windex, it took off the shiny surface. So now my table has a noticeable non-shiny smudgy area. If you read a lot of the details for this product, they advise keeping it covered; but this should not be necessary for a table of this quality. Any surface will scratch but this seems extra vulnerable and trying to remove the scratches makes it worse.

Still haven't received my table. Was promised online quick delivery and paid for White Glove Took Rive Concepts owner a week to find someone to deliver my table to me from their regional base in Albuquerque. Not too happy. The Pilot end of the delivery had been excellent. Good communication.

Very accommodating when placing the order. It was odd, when I ordered the item, it said feast for despatch, when I applied the discount, it says it would come from another warehouse requiring an additional 5-10 days (or similar). Items arrived in expected timeframe, definitely didn't appear to be new new! The packing wasn't as clean as you would expect. My guess is it was a returned item that they ship out to the extra discount orders. The frame of the table didn't fix flush to the top, there was a bow in the frame. It was also too big for my space. I paid $89 shipping to my condo door, I knew I was responsible for shipping if a return was required. And it was, naively I thought it would cost the same. Ah no, it's $163 to use same courier for same items. Obviously Rove has a great rate with FedEx. I asked Rove if they could assist with return shipping at their rate, at my expense. The answer was no, and I was reminded of the buyers remorse policy. Try Article, Structube or Wayfair, they're way more willing to help for any requirement.

We ordered the Sophia and we love it! Such a beautiful sectional! Great quality and easy to assemble. The delivery company ended up delivering a week later then originally intended but I don't think it was their issue. They accommodated by delivering earlier in the morning so i didn't have to take another morning off work. I would definitely order from Rove again!
