Quick response to voice mail and email. Both times we ordered, this year and last, limited quantity of it at sale price. Every else great.

Rove prices seem quite good and we liked the furniture when it arrived. But the process of getting it here was difficult. Delivery window on day of delivery was 9a.m. to 1 p.m. and they didn't arrive until after 3. Had to call the shipper multiple times to arrange delivery and the wait time on every call was long. The chairs we ordered were very light and UPS shipment should have been possible. For sure, it would have been a more pleasant experience.

When our product arrived, it looked great and was very comfortable. Our item took awhile to be shipped, but the website was very clear on setting up expectation for delivery dates. If you like a modern look for your home, Rove Concepts will not disappoint.

I received my Sando Hugo Sectional yesterday and couldn't be happier! I was VERY nervous about ordering a sofa, sight unseen, comfort untested. But we wanted something comfy and easy to lounge in with the whole family and still look hip and modern. This is it! All the pillows are loose for rearranging as needed. So no attached back cushions. This may bother some but I love the flexibility and the un-stuffy look. I chose a beautiful vintage blue/grey velvet upholstery, black legs and it looks fantastic. Comfort level - pretty firm with a bit of softness from the down feather stuffing around the core. I also choose expedited service, as once I decided I wanted my sofa NOW. So glad I did. Shipped quickly and arrived at the time slot indicated. I had a few questions with their customer service and that went well. Only down side - holes for legs were not pre-drilled. Hubby had to do some work. :-)
